Minha queixa é somente com a equipe da entrega da mercadoria que ligou e marcou a entrega dos dois colchões de solteiro que compramos e não compareceu e nem ligou para avisar, ou seja, perdi um dia inteiro esperando os mesmos e nem sequer fui avisada do que estava acontecendo e se não corresse atrás continuaria sem saber. E sem contar que quando fui reclamar com o entregador que veio fazer a entrega no dia seguinte, sobre o ocorrido, ele me interrompeu no meio da minha reclamação para pedir gorgeta, ou seja, não estava nem aí.
