I'm black, in the store there were other white women looking at makeup, why did the manager ask an attendant to "keep an eye on me"? I was well dressed, but that also doesn't justify a racist attitude, no matter how veiled, from a place where I'm consuming something, I'm buying something. At the end my boyfriend, who is white, came back to the store and complained, the same manager came to me and said that the standard procedure is for the attendants to offer help, I ask you to pay attention to the part where I had doubts about the tone of lipstick that I had chosen, and the attendant never offered me help. She just stood there watching me. I was in shock, unable to answer and said an "okay" to get rid of the situation. It took me a long time to speak, because racism reverberates differently in each one, I did not register a BO at the moment (which honestly, I should have done, as it is my right), but I decided not to be silent anymore and expose the situation experienced in store. Let it be clear, that I am used to attending Droga Raia in other units and I have never been in a situation so humiliating and disparaging as this. Being judged as a thief by the color of my skin. I hope that those involved can be punished, and that employees receive specific training not to maintain this behavior. And I expect a retraction, unfortunately nothing can be done to erase that day, but I hope this will not happen again with another customer, whether black or white, who is consuming at the store.

According to the attached photo, they promoted the product, where only the price can be seen, but in small print there is a condition and the product is also displayed low to the ground, with great difficulty to see, inducing the customer to make an inappropriate purchase.
