★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja nova, dentro do shopping Dom Pedro. Logo que abriu tinha assentos ótimos para os idosos acompanhantes, mas daí tiraram e do lado de fora da loja não tem assentos, então não é uma boa opção quando se está acompanhado de idosos e/ou pessoas com necessidades especiais.
New store, inside the Dom Pedro shopping mall. As soon as it opened it had great seats for the elderly companions, but they took it from there and outside the store there are no seats, so it is not a good option when accompanied by the elderly and / or people with special needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível. Duas funcionárias no balcão, longa fila de espera num domingo de shopping lotado. Não é culpa das funcionárias, mas precisam coletar tantos dados dos clientes, oferecer tantos cadastros em diferentes programas de fidelidade da farmácia e de laboratórios que uma simples compra com receita vira um enrosco e fila não anda.
Terrible service. Two employees at the counter, long queue on a crowded shopping Sunday. It is not the fault of the employees, but they need to collect so much data from customers, offer so many registrations in different pharmacy and laboratory loyalty programs that a simple purchase with a prescription becomes a tangle and the queue does not move.
