★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima sou cliente a muitos anos e hoje pra minha decpcade o atrndaten que sempre me atendeu teve a coragem de dizer que veio me entregar o pedido e não foi entregue pois primeiro moro em prédio tudo que acontece fica filmado e o entregador não chegou além disso me maltratou querendo dizer que eu que estava na minha razão era a errada e simplesmente mentiu com a cara mas lavada do mundo nunca mas peço nada lá e olha que sou cliente assídua sempre peço de la mas hoje deixou a desejar e além disso abriu uma discussão comigo ao telefone não comprem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou vizinha da Drogarias Futura há 4 anos e estava muito satisfeita com o atendimento até que.....
hoje ao acordar "naqueles dias" liguei pedindo um absorvente e após fazer o pedido, recebi a entrega após 30 minutos de espera e com o valor incorreto. O sr Edson, responsável pela loja simplesmente não verificou que estava enviando um produto diferente do que constava na nota. E eu me recusei a pagar o valor incorreto ao entregador e liguei na hora para a Drogarias Futura para esclarecer com quem me atendeu, e mesmo após tudo esclarecido e após a saída do entregador, recebi uma ligação inoportuna do sr Edson responsável pela loja me exigindo que pagasse o valor incorreto ou devolvesse o produto que eu já havia pago!!
Resultado: Fui pessoalmente a loja e me certifiquei de que eu havia pago o valor correto ao entregador mas na nota constava um valor a mais por engano,,,referente a um outro produto por erro da loja. Essa diferença inexistente no meu pagamento foi de R$5,00 e tive todo o meu dia prejudicado por causa de R$5,00 cobrados indevidamente por uma falha alheia a mim e que me foram cobrados veementemente através de contato telefônico. Perdi consulta médica, fisioterapia e natação da minha filha porque para a Drogaria Futura o cliente vale menos de R$5,00.!!!!
I am a neighbor of drugstores Futura 4 years ago and was very pleased with the service until .....
today when I woke up "in those days" I called for a tampon and after placing the order, I received the delivery after 30 minutes of waiting and with the incorrect value. Mr. Edson, head of the store, simply did not find that he was shipping a different product from the note. And I refused to pay the wrong amount to the courier and immediately called Drogarias Futura to clarify with whom he answered me, and even after everything was clarified and after the delivery of the courier, I received an unwelcome call from Mr. Edson responsible for the store demanding to pay the incorrect amount or return the product I had already paid !!
Result: I personally went to the store and made sure that I had paid the correct amount to the delivery man but the note contained an additional amount by mistake, referring to another product by store error. This nonexistent difference in my payment was $ 5.00 and I had my whole day damaged because of $ 5.00 wrongly charged for a failure unrelated to me and that were vehemently charged to me by phone contact. I missed my daughter's medical appointment, physiotherapy and swimming because for Future Drugstore the client is worth less than R $ 5. !!!!

Alem de ter descontos sempre bacanas o atendimento é impecável. Se nao tem o que voce quer eles se desdobram pra conseguir pra você.
Queria agradecer em especial o atendimento da funcionaria Flaviane que é sempre muito educada e prestativa. Dispensa atenção sempre especial. Nas raras vezes que o preço de lá é um pouco mais caro mesmo assim opto por comprar lá porque acabei virando cliente fiel.
