★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um serviço que foi agendado de maneira incorreta pela Porto Seguro. O funcionário Maicon foi extremamente prestativo e resolveu tudo eficientemente. Há um espaço para clientes que é bem refrigerado e tem lugar para carregar o cel.
 I needed a service that was incorrectly scheduled by Porto Seguro. The Maicon employee was extremely helpful and handled everything efficiently. There is a guest space that is well cooled and has a place to load your cell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Razoável... Realizando uma manutenção corretiva em um veículo locado, não fui direcionado para uma sala de espera ou algo parecido durante o período da realização do serviço. Fui informado a princípio que deveria deixar o veículo no local p um período não aceitável p a realização de uma troca de lâmpadas. Quando indaguei ao atendente sobre deixar o veículo p fazer uma troca de lâmpada, aí o contexto tomou outro rumo.Não assinei ou realizei nenhum processo q foi realizado apenas troca de lâmpadas, assim como não fui informado o preço do serviço. NÃO RECOMENDO...
Reasonable... Performing corrective maintenance on a leased vehicle, I was not directed to a waiting room or anything similar during the period of service. I was told at first that I should leave the vehicle at the site for an unacceptable period of time for carrying out a change of light bulbs. When I asked the attendant about leaving the vehicle to change the light bulb, then the context took another turn. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é excelente, há descontos para clientes frequentes e o time de mecânicos é formado por profissionais super honestos e são treinados para serem transparentes com os clientes. Comecei levando o carro quando eu era segurado Porto e hoje em dia continuo levando mesmo não sendo mais segurado Porto Seguro. Já enfrentei alguns problemas no carro (é de 2007) e todas as vezes eles atuaram super bem nos defeitos, com cuidado e calma na avaliação. Eles não economizam nas explicações ao cliente sobre os detalhes do serviço que executam. Tudo também devidamente registrado nas notas fiscais incluindo os custos de mão de obra em cada especialidade.
Service is excellent, there are discounts for frequent customers and the mechanics team is made up of super honest professionals and are trained to be transparent with customers. I started taking the car when I was insured Porto and nowadays I continue taking it even though I am no longer insured Porto Seguro. I have already faced some problems in the car (it is from 2007) and every time they acted very well in the defects, carefully and calmly in the evaluation. They do not skimp on explanations to the customer about the details of the service they perform. Everything also duly registered in the invoices including labor costs in each specialty.
