★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Estou em SP fazem 2 anos por trabalho, e sempre vou a esta drogaria, mas infelizmente os funcionários possuem uma conduta e regras para a venda de medicamentos, conforme seu humor no dia!!!!
Não recomendo, principalmente os atendentes de hoje 22/08/21!!!!!
 Terrible attendance! I've been in SP for 2 years for work, and I always go to this drugstore, but unfortunately the employees have a behavior and rules for the sale of medicines, according to their mood on the day!!!!
I don't recommend it, especially the attendants today 08/22/21!!!!!

Fui retirar um medicamento que comprei online, precavido que sou, encaminhei a receita por whatsapp e ainda levei uma impressa - era uma receita digital.
Ao chegar a atendente disse que eu precisava colocar a receita num link que eles me informaram na hora - nem vou entrar no mérito do site da drogaria sp não comentar sobre esse procedimento ou pelo fato de já ter encaminhado por whatsapp - ao tentar subir a receita o mesmo não abria, ao falar que eu não conseguia fazer um susto. A atendente - acho que se chamava Amanda - simplesmente virou a cara e falou próximo.
Ao questionar sua postura, ela disse que se eu não quisesse seguir os procedimentos da loja ela iria atender outra pessoa. Conversando com outro funcionário, percebeu-se que o sistema da loja estava fora do ar.
Sai da loja e falei que retornava em alguns minutos, frustrado atravessei a rua e fui na Drogasil e com a receita digital impressa, sai com o medicamento em menos de 5 minutos. Retornei e solicitei o cancelamento. Falaram que estava tudo certo.
Não estava, tornou-se outro suplício, não consigo o estorno da compra cancelada, aparentemente a mesma entrou num limbo e ninguém sabe cancelar. Agora estão falando que é necessário esperar a fatura fechar.
Assim, pela minha experiência, evitem essa rede de farmácias e em especial esta.

I went to pick up a medicine I bought online, being careful that I am, I sent the prescription through whatsapp and I even took a printed one - it was a digital prescription.
When I arrived, the attendant said that I needed to put the recipe on a link that they informed me at the time - I'm not even going to go into the substance of the drugstore sp site not to comment on this procedure or because I've already sent it through whatsapp - when trying to upload the recipe the same wouldn't open, when saying that I couldn't make a scare. The attendant—I think her name was Amanda—simply turned away and spoke closely.
Questioning her posture, she said that if I didn't want to follow the store's procedures, she would see someone else. Talking to another employee, it was noticed that the store's system was down.
I left the store and said I would be back in a few minutes, frustrated I crossed the street and went to Drogasil and with the digital prescription printed, I left with the medicine in less than 5 minutes. I returned and requested cancellation. They said it was all right.
It wasn't, it became another ordeal, I can't get the canceled purchase refunded, apparently it went into limbo and nobody knows how to cancel it. Now they are saying that it is necessary to wait for the invoice to close.
So, in my experience, avoid this network of pharmacies and especially this one.

Mas fui tão bem atendida que certamente me tornarei cliente, fiquei aguardando porque cheguei bem antes do horário que agendei, e pude observar que todos os colaboradores são muito educados!
Meu agradecimento em especial vai para a Tatiane que fez o meu teste, ela foi muito prestativa e esclarecedora.

Eles fazem a venda, mas não fazem a entrega!
Em novembro meu marido fez uma compra de R$300,00, PARA RETIRAR NA LOJA DAS AV DOS AUTONOMISTAS e está até hoje sem poder receber essa entrega!
Na loja (Av dos Autonomistas) dizem que o sistema nem acusa a venda efetuada!!
No cartão de crédito há o débito efetuado E NÃO ESTORNADO!
Como já foi pago, o banco Itaú diz que AGORA temos que nos acertar as contas com a DROGARIA SAO PAULO!
SAC da empresa???

In November my husband made a purchase of R$300.00, TO BE PICKED UP AT LOJA DAS AV DOS AUTONOMISTAS and is still unable to receive this delivery!
In the store (Av dos Autonomistas) they say that the system doesn't even acknowledge the sale made!!
On the credit card there is the debit made AND NOT REFUNDED!
As it has already been paid, Banco Itaú says that NOW we have to settle the score with DROGARIA SAO PAULO!

Nowadays I only buy in the stores of this network IF AND ONLY IF it's cheaper and even AFTER doing price research in the competition and GENERALLY the competition has been cheaper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima..Estive no local no dia 21.05 por volta de umas 14h15,fui acusada de roubo por um funcionária chamada Érica.Nao roubei nada ,abri minha bolsa ,mostrei tudo oq tinha dentro ,pedi para puxar nas comerás e mesmo assim ela insistia em me acusar.Foi constrangedor e humilhante ,a loja estava com clientes .Se ele tinha certeza que eu roubei pq no chamou a Polícia ? Irei tomar as medidas cabíveis,para q não ocorra episódios como esse com mais ninguém .
