A farmacia fechou e eu fiquei sem o remedio.
Péssimo atendimento!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, pois estava com muita dor de cabeça e ao chegar no local para comprar o medicamento fui mal atendido na hora do pagamento fazendo mil exigência que não tinha troco e acabou que no final mim passou o troco então vamos melhorar o serviço porque estou procurando a solução para ficar bom e ao chegar no lugar ter mais dor de cabeça ainda!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa num atendimento péssimo! Fila enorme, uma pessoa no caixa, outros funcionários de papo... Não sei o que acontece nessa rede, o atendimento nas lojas é muito amador! O preço não é bom, deveriam ao menos atender bem.
Think about bad service! Huge queue, one person at the checkout, other chatting employees... I don't know what happens in this chain, the service in stores is very amateurish! The price is not good, they should at least serve well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu marido e eu fomos a Venâncio do Rio Design Barra para que ele fizesse um Teste a Covid. A fila tinha 4 pessoas e a técnica de enfermagem estava na sala de exame sem ninguém. Ficamos aguardando e nesse tempo vimos a técnica justificar-se aos primeiros da fila. Em seguida, vimos os 2 primeiros (um homem e uma moça) irem ao caixa da loja pagar o exame. E a sala continuava vazia.
Então perguntei a moça que tinha acabado de pagar, o que se passava. E ela me explicou que já estava na fila há 1 hora e meia. Disse que quem estava ali era encaixe e que a enfermeira dava prioridade a quem tinha agendado.
A moça contou que tinha de esperar, pois ia viajar e precisava do Teste. Nós desistimos.
Só não entendemos, porque enquanto as pessoas marcadas não vem, ela não atende os que estão esperando. Ficamos na fila 15 Minutos e ela não atendeu NINGUÉM nem chegou NINGUÉM! Um exame que leva 3 minutos para fazer.
Acreditamos que a gerência deveria atentar melhor para que as pessoas não percam seu tempo na fila..
My husband and I went to Venâncio do Rio Design Barra to have him do a Covid Test. The queue had 4 people and the nursing technician was in the exam room without anyone. We waited and in that time we saw the technique justify itself to the first ones in line. Then, we saw the first 2 (a man and a girl) go to the store's cashier to pay for the exam. And the room was still empty.
So I asked the girl who had just paid what was going on. And she explained to me that she had been in line for an hour and a half. He said that whoever was there was a fit and that the nurse gave priority to whoever had an appointment.
The girl said she had to wait, because she was going to travel and needed the Test. We give up.
We just don't understand, because while the marked people don't come, she doesn't answer those who are waiting. We stood in line for 15 Minutes and she didn't answer ANYONE and ANYONE arrived! An exam that takes 3 minutes to complete.
We believe that management should pay better attention to people not wasting their time in line.
