★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei 2 caixas de Tremedal na farmácia para meu filho que foi operado. Porém, ele não se adaptou ao remédio e o médico pediu para trocar para outro mais leve que não necessitava receita médica (Alivium). O Sr. José não quis trocar a caixa do remédio, que ainda estava fechada, alegando que a farmacêutica não estava presente e que não podia trocar o remédio. Perguntei quando ela estaria e ele disse que no dia seguinte às 8 hs. No dia seguinte fui novamente às 9 hs e o Sr.José novamente me informou que não poderia trocar o remédio porque a farmacêutica não tinha chegado. Expliquei que estava com uma criança operada e em casa e que não podia ficar saindo toda hora. Deixei meu telefone e pedi que ele me ligasse quando ela chegasse. Mais tarde, ainda sem resposta expliquei que eu estava precisando com urgência do remédio quando finalmente esse senhor resolveu autorizar a troca. Que absurdo! Que falta de respeito! Nunca mais entro nessa farmácia.
Terrible attendance. I bought 2 boxes of Tremedal at the pharmacy for my son who was operated on. However, he did not adapt to the medicine and the doctor asked to change it to a lighter one that did not need a prescription (Alivium). Mr. José did not want to change the medicine box, which was still closed, claiming that the pharmaceutical company was not present and that he could not change the medicine. I asked when she would be and he said that the next day at 8 am. The next day I went again at 9 am and Mr. José again informed me that I could not change the medicine because the pharmacist had not arrived. I explained that I had a child operated on and at home and that I couldn't go out all the time. I left my phone and asked him to call me when she arrived. Later, still without an answer, I explained that I was in urgent need of the medicine when this gentleman finally decided to authorize the exchange. How absurd! That lack of respect! I'll never go to that pharmacy again.
