★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Alias não existe atendimento. Lamentável cuidar de pessoas e nem atendem. Não dão nenhuma informação por telefone somente por email que também há mais de 10 dias não retornam.
Terrible attendance. Alias there is no service. It's a pity to take care of people and they don't even attend. They do not give any information over the phone only by email which also has not been returned for more than 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito lamentável que todos reclamem da mesma coisa que eu, onde é impossivel de se falar, não dão nenhuma posição por telefone alegando que retorno somente po remail onde estou há mais de 20 dias aguardando uma reposta e nada. Que Deus proteja as peçssoas com cancêr pois essa empresa não está nem aí para essa doença.
Very unfortunate that everyone complains about the same thing as me, where it is impossible to talk, they do not give any position by phone claiming that I only return by email where I have been waiting for more than 20 days for a response and nothing. May God protect people with cancer because this company doesn't care about this disease.

PESSIMOS, VOU FALAR COM A OUVIDORIA DA AMIL..
Bad service, they ask to identify who is authorized to receive the medicine, they say they delivered it, WHAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, now I'm more than an hour paying long distance and they don't answer and they sent a msgm stating a person's name that doesn't exist at the delivery location ...... PESSIMOS, I'M GOING TO SPEAK WITH THE AMIL OMBUDSMAN..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famacia que trabalha com medicamentos para tratamento do cancêr, onde somente atendem por e-mail, e o meu pai está vários dias sem tomar o medicamento onde encaminhamos os documentos por e-mail e ninguem nos retorna se deu certo, quando vamos receber o medicamento impostantissimo para cancêr. No telefone somente informam que não podem passar nenhuma informação e que temos que agurar algum dia alguem responder o e-mail que não conseguimos nem saber se chegou corretamente. Lamentvel que Amil empresa que se diz conceituada ´nos recomende essa empresa para tratamento de doenças tão críticas.
