Infelizmente fui muito mal atendida, por telefone, por outra funcionária, a qual não recordo o nome. Não teve nenhuma boa vontade de esclarecer minhas dúvidas e me ajudar.
Mas, a Lorena logo resolveu toda minha situação, o que me faz querer comprar novamente na Farmelhor, com ela, claro.
The employee LORENA is exceptional! He assisted me with great promptness and politeness.
Unfortunately, I was very poorly attended, over the phone, by another employee, who I don't remember her name. He had no willingness to clarify my doubts and help me.
But Lorena soon resolved my entire situation, which makes me want to buy again at Farmelhor, with her, of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido as 19:20, a atendente disse que fecharia as 22:00, pedi para entregar p produto em minha casa. Ja são 22:15 e não entregaram nada e agora não atendem mais o telefone. Falta de profissionalismo e ética. Se eu pedi o produto é pq estou precisando, não estou comprando atoa.
I placed the order at 7:20 pm, the attendant said it would close at 10:00 pm, I asked to deliver the product to my house. It's already 22:15 and they haven't delivered anything and now they don't answer the phone anymore. Lack of professionalism and ethics. If I ordered the product, it's because I need it, I'm not buying it for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA! Todas as vezes que tento fazer compras lá, acontece alguma coisa. Na primeira, eu tinha um exame de ultrassom e teria que tomar um medicamento, eles mandaram outro medicamento, sendo inviavel a realização do exame no outro dia, na segunda foram aplicar uma injeção na minha mãe, levaram uma agulha de cateter onde é muito mais grossa que uma normal. E ontem, por volta das 19:15 eu liguei pedindo um medicamento e simplesmente não foi entregue. Fiquei até 00:00 esperando, nada. Não consegui contato mais. Um descaso total.
TERRIBLE! Every time I try to shop there, something happens. In the first one, I had an ultrasound exam and I had to take a drug, they sent another drug, being impossible to carry out the exam on the other day, in the second one they gave my mother an injection, they took a catheter needle where it is much more thick than a normal one. And yesterday, around 7:15 pm I called asking for a drug and it just wasn't delivered. I stayed until 00:00 waiting, nothing. I couldn't get in touch anymore. A total disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Fiz o meu pedido as 15:30 e simplesmente não chegou! Entrei em contato com a farmácia as 18:45 e me informaram que meu pedido era o próximo. Estou esperando até agora (21:20) e nada.
Inclusive, não consigo entrar em contato pelo telefone.
Se não tem condições de entregar, é só não aceitar mais pedidos. Teria comprado em outro lugar.
Terrible! I placed my order at 15:30 and it just didn't arrive! I contacted the pharmacy at 6:45 pm and they informed me that my order was next. I'm waiting until now (21:20) and nothing.
I can't even get in touch by phone.
If you can't deliver, just don't accept any more orders. Would have bought elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, me venderam um produto me deu o preço e o link para pagamento eu paguei depois ligaram e falaram que o valor estava errado, que eu tinha que ficar com outro medicamento ou pagar a diferença para continuar com o mesmo produto. Pra o eembolso eles não resolvem nada, eu que corri atrás, até no momento nada.
Terrible service, they sold me a product, gave me the price and the payment link, I paid then they called and said the amount was wrong, that I had to take another medication or pay the difference to continue with the same product. They don't solve anything for the reimbursement, I ran after it, so far nothing.
