★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles nunca atendem o telefone e quando atendem por milagre eles simplesmente começam a te atender e simplesmente desligam o telefone, e não atendem mais. Falta de respeito.
They never answer the phone and when they answer by miracle they just start answering you and just hang up the phone, and no longer answer. Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons preços, mas a espera é um problema e a mudança no parcelamento no cartão de crédito para apenas 3 vezes prejudicou bastante, pois, mesmo com os descontos, preciso de muitos medicamentos o que acaba ficando muito complicado afinal acabo sacrificando muito o orçamento mensal da minha família tendo de deixar de lado outras coisas igualmente importantes para conseguir pagar a fatura e adquirir a medicação do próximo mês acumulando uma parcela de alto valor sobre outra.
Good prices, but waiting is a problem and the change in credit card installments to only 3 times hurt a lot, because even with discounts, I need many medicines which ends up getting very complicated after all I end up sacrificing the monthly budget of the company. my family having to set aside other equally important things in order to be able to pay the bill and purchase next month's medication by accumulating one high-value portion over another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o medicamento que eu procurava, de fato, foi o mais barato quando comparado aos outros lugares. Entretanto, não atendem o telefone e, quando atendem, o atendimento fica a desejar. Pedi o serviço de entrega e só chegou depois de 4hrs esperando (já estava sem esperanças), ainda bem que não era um medicamento que eu precisava com tanta urgência. Entendo que o atraso da entrega pode ser devido ao grande fluxo de pedidos, mas deveriam ter uma logística melhor quanto a isso. Espero que esse comentário (e os outros) seja construtivo para vocês realizarem as devidas melhorias. As vezes acaba sendo melhor pagar um preço a mais pelo o que procuramos.
the medicine I was looking for, in fact, was the cheapest when compared to other places. However, they do not answer the phone and, when they do, the service is lacking. I asked for the delivery service and it only arrived after waiting 4hrs (I was already hopeless), thankfully it wasn't a medicine I needed so urgently. I understand that the delivery delay may be due to the large flow of orders, but they should have better logistics in this regard. I hope this comment (and others) is constructive for you to make the necessary improvements. Sometimes it ends up being better to pay an extra price for what we're looking for.
