No local tem um funcionário apenas para fiscalizar se tem algum carro estacionando que não seja cliente em um espaça que claro é da loja. No dia do acontecido, parei meu carro para comprar um remédio e por 2 minutos conversando no telefone, esse funcionário bateu na janela do carro e sendo grosseiro e rude, perguntou com uma feição nada agradável, perguntou se eu iriar fazer compras, na hora achei uma coisa sem noção e fui embora. Nunca mais compro nessa loja e apesar dos preços ótimos e o atendimento la dentro ser muito bom.

On the day of the event, I stopped my car to buy a medicine and for 2 minutes talking on the phone, this clerk knocked on the window of the car and being rude and rude, asked with a rather unpleasant appearance, asked if I would go shopping, I found it a thing without notion and I left. I never buy at this store again and despite the great prices and the service inside it is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farmácia é boa. Mas a agilidade no atendimento deixa muito a desejar. 2 farmacêuticos as vezes e que ainda são caixas, sem contar no telefone que não atendem.
The pharmacy is good. But the agility in service leaves much to be desired. 2 pharmacists sometimes and who are still cashiers, not to mention on the phone they don't answer.

Onde não ocorreu, liguei para loja e fui informada pela farmacêutica que minha entrega só aconteceria dentro de 2 horas . Procurei pelo gerente, já tinha ido embora. Moral da história, perdi o meu tempo confiando que o produto séria entregue e nenhum responsável pela loja , presente para resolver o meu problema além de pagar 7,00 pela entrega.

Moral of the story, I wasted my time trusting the serious product delivered and no one responsible for the store, present to solve my problem besides paying 7.00 for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca consigo ser atendida pelo telefone, mas pessoalmente o atendimento é impecável. A equipe é muito gentil e atenciosa, prestam sempre todas as informações de que necessito, e geralmente saio satisfeita com o que busco.
Raramente deixo de encontrar um ou outro produto, mas é comum como em qualquer outro estabelecimento, as vezes por atrasos na entrega, outras, porque realmente a procura é muito grande, mas não tenho do que reclamar.
Além disso os preços praticados são bons, compatíveis com os de mercado, muitas vezes até menores.
O único problema mesmo é o atendimento telefônico inexistente.
I can never be answered over the phone, but personally the service is impeccable. The staff is very kind and attentive, they always provide all the information I need, and I usually leave satisfied with what I seek.
I rarely fail to find one or the other product, but it is common as in any other establishment, sometimes due to delays in delivery, sometimes because the demand is really great, but I have nothing to complain about.
In addition, the prices are good, compatible with the market, often even lower.
The only problem is the non-existent telephone service.
