â â â â â PĂ©ssimo atendimento ao cliente , pesquisei no site antes para ver se tinha o produto fui na loja e sĂł tinha uma unidade , a atendente pesquisou em qual outra loja mais proxima tinha o produto e ela disse que buscava pra mim , pois bem , aguardei. Quando vi o rapaz chegar , ele tinha chegado com o produto errado e por isso teve que voltar outra vez no local . Eu nĂŁo tinha como esperar e disse que voltava no dia seguinte no primeiro horĂĄrio deles para buscar o produto e isso ELA ME PROMETEU que estaria cedo na loja com meu nome. Pois infelizmente nĂŁo estava lĂĄ o produto separado em meu nome, perguntei a outra atendente , ela me deixou esperando na loja para verificar o que aconteceu e simplesmente foi no caixa atender outros clientes. LamentĂĄvel. quer passar raiva ? nĂŁo vĂĄ nessa loja.

I had no way to wait and said that I would come back the next day at their first time to pick up the product and she HAS PROMISED ME that she would be at the store with my name early. Because unfortunately the separate product was not there in my name, I asked the other attendant, she left me waiting at the store to check what happened and simply went to the cashier to meet other customers. Unfortunate. do you want to be angry? don't go to that store.

â â â â â Atendentes despreparados farmacĂȘutica mal educada ,o destrato com o cliente chega ser absurdo, fiz uma compra pelo site e no momento da retirada tive um pĂ©ssimo atendimento, gostaria de mencionar a farmacĂȘutica ,que com todo seu despreparo foi o menos cordial possĂvel!
NĂŁo recomendo , nĂŁo indico, e deixo esse alerta !
Se querem o mĂnimo de respeito possĂvel ,nem entrem essa loja

â â â â â NĂŁo aceitaram o formulĂĄrio do meu mĂ©dico alegando estar errado, fizeram eu voltar na clĂnica atoa e falar com o mĂ©dico novamente, fui em outra drogaria pacheco com o mesmo formulĂĄrio e aceitaram, isso Ă© uma irresponsabilidade muito grande.
They didn't accept my doctor's form, alleging it was wrong, they made me go back to the clinic for nothing and talk to the doctor again, I went to another Pacheco drugstore with the same form and they accepted, this is very irresponsible.

Terrible. Worst Pacheco I've ever been. Totally disorganized. And yet the employees don't have an iota of education. I don't recommend it to anyone....

â â â â â Fiz um pedido online como sempre faço e sempre retiro em outras unidades da Pacheco. Um dos meus pedidos foi comprado errado sem querer, pedi um produto para o cabelo com quĂmica (sendo que nĂŁo uso) e pedi para trocar, falam que nĂŁo pode trocar, entĂŁo pedi para devolver, direito do consumidor, nĂ© mores? 7 dias em compras online. Arrependimento de compra. Vem com a mesma histĂłria que nĂŁo consegue fazer o estorno e eu nĂŁo posso devolver. Uai? Como nĂŁo posso? Lei Ă© lei.
O pĂłs venda da loja diz que Ă© o gerente quem faz a troca, mas a benção nĂŁo aceita. E adivinha quem fica no prejuĂzo? Ele que nĂŁo Ă©.
I placed an order online as I always do and I always pick it up at other Pacheco units. One of my orders was purchased wrong by accident, I asked for a hair product with chemical (and I don't use it) and I asked to exchange it, they say that it cannot be exchanged, so I asked to return it, consumer's right, right mores? 7 days on online shopping. Purchase regret. Comes with the same story that can't make the chargeback and I can't return it. Wow? How can I not? Law is law.
The store's after-sales office says that the manager makes the exchange, but the blessing is not accepted. And guess who gets the loss? He who is not.

â â â â â SĂł nĂŁo dei 5 porque fui dia 24/03 e 25/03 a noite, fui muito bem atendido pelas balconista, muito simpĂĄticas e alegres, porĂ©m quando fui ao cx para efetuar o pagamento, a cx sequer olhou prĂĄ mim, falei boa noite nĂŁo respondeu, em nenhum dos dias.
Sugiro que a funcionĂĄria passe algumas horas com as balconista para ver como se trata um cliente!
I just didn't give a 5 because I went on 03/24 and 03/25 at night, I was very well attended by the clerks, very friendly and cheerful, but when I went to the cashier to make the payment, the cashier didn't even look at me, I said good night no replied, on none of the days.
I suggest that the employee spend a few hours with the clerks to see how a customer is treated!

â â â â â A loja estĂĄ fechando duas horas mais cedo. Covid? Ok. Joia. Mas Ă© o aviso? Onde estĂĄ escrito? Pode mudar inclusive aqui no Google. Perdi a data de uma receita pois comprei nessa loja, fui pegar apĂłs as 20h e nĂŁo tinha como, mesmo no site deles e nos sites de busca estar escrito que ficam abertos atĂ© as 22h. AlĂ©m disso, nĂŁo conseguia cancelar, pra comprar em outro lugar, e o formulĂĄrio online nĂŁo funciona! O pĂłs-venda fala que Ă© pra resolver na loja fĂsica em que iria pegar, mas a gerente diz que nĂŁo Ă© com eles e sarcasticamente fala que "nem eu, nem ela controlamos o horĂĄrio da loja". NĂŁo quero que se torne dona, quero que reporte a mudança de horĂĄrio pra que erros assim nĂŁo aconteçam. Eles cometem um erro, ninguĂ©m se responsabiliza e ninguĂ©m resolve.
The store is closing two hours early. Covid? Okay. Jewel. But is it the warning? Where it is written? You can even change it here on Google. I missed the date of a recipe because I bought it at this store, I went to pick it up after 8 pm and there was no way, even on their website and in the search engines it is written that they are open until 10 pm. Also, I couldn't cancel, to buy somewhere else, and the online form doesn't work! The after-sales department says it's to be resolved at the physical store where you would pick it up, but the manager says it's not up to them and sarcastically says that "neither she nor I control the store's hours". I don't want you to become the owner, I want you to report the time change so that mistakes like this don't happen. They make a mistake, nobody takes responsibility and nobody fixes it.
