★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz exatamente duas(02) horas que eu fiz um pedido e estamos 1,5km de distância,Gostaria de saber o que o gerente esta fazendo que não olhou os horários das entregas,ou é ce go,ou Nillo não está supervisionando mais as lojas,acho isso falta de respeito remédio não é lanche,não pode demorar.
Exactly two (02) hours ago I placed an order and we are 1.5km away, I would like to know what the manager is doing that didn’t look at delivery times, or it’s ce go, or Nillo isn’t supervising stores anymore , I think that lack of respect, medicine is not a snack, it cannot take long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aberta até tarde da noite. Voce pode encontrar até mesmo refrigerante gelado, bem como energético e aguá. Muito bem iluminada e com entrega em domicílio. Funcionários não sabem utilizar a própria máquina de débito / crédito. Fui tentar utilizar o Apple Pay mas apesar das máquinas serem compatíveis, os funcionários não sabem operar a mesma. E toda vez que vou passar o débito nesta farmácia ocorre uma demora muito grande. Espero que os funcionários sejam orientados em como utilizar o serviço, pois já são educados e ágeis ao atender ( apesar da demora da máquina de pagamentos em processar a compra quando se paga no débito )
Recomendo a todos essa farmácia que para mim é também quase uma loja de conveniência.
Ao realizar a avaliação aqui no Google Maps, fui prontamente respondido pelo proprietário que em poucos instantes respondeu. Fiquei realmente surpreso em ver a proatividade.

I tried to use Apple Pay but although the machines are compatible, the employees do not know how to operate it. And every time I pay the debt at this pharmacy, there is a very long delay. I hope that the employees will be guided in how to use the service, as they are already polite and agile in answering (despite the payment machine's delay in processing the purchase when paying in debit)
I recommend this pharmacy to everyone, which for me is also almost a convenience store.
When carrying out the evaluation here on Google Maps, I was promptly answered by the owner who in a few moments answered. I was really surprised to see the proactivity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedir por telefone péssimo. Atendente não entende nada direito, tem que repetir 1000x. Não achou meu cadastro mesmo eu pedindo toda semana. Soletrei umas 10x o número do telefone e nada. Pra finalizar motoboy buzina tanto que acorda a vizinhança toda. Péssimo atendimento. Só compro pq é a única que entrega até tarde. Péssimo, péssimo!!
Asking by phone is bad. Attendant doesn't understand anything right, has to repeat 1000x. Didn't find my registration even though I asked for it every week. I spelled 10x the phone number and nothing. To finish motoboy, he honks so much that he wakes up the whole neighborhood. Terrible attendance. I only buy it because it's the only one that delivers until late. Terrible, terrible!!

Terrible!!!! I asked for a medicine and they were supposed to deliver it, however, without any satisfaction, they didn't deliver it and I waited. Total lack of respect and professionalism.

Que se eu quisesse fralda iria pegar lá que a farmácia ficaria aberta até às 23:00hrs isso porq eu já estava ligando des.das 22:00 e desligavam na minha cara, quando foi 22:27 Péssimo atendimento. Eles não devem ter filhos e nunca passou por uma emergência
