★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente, fui atendida por uma balconista q parecia ñ estar nenhum pouco interessada em me ajudar,me deu uma resposta rápida para me dispensar logo.Então,fiquei procurando o produto q queria com certa dificuldade,até q vi um rapazinho no caixa e lhe pedi ajuda.Foi extremamente atencioso,se dividiu entre me atender e ficar no caixa,conseguiu achar o q eu precisava com extrema gentileza.Seu nome é Mateus Oliveiro,atendente/caixa.
Espero q os responsáveis por essa loja saibam incentivar profissionais q sabem fidelizar clientes de forma anônima sem q ninguém veja,e q orientem os colaboradores equivocados pensando q ñ estão sendo avaliados pelos clientes.
Obrigada Mateus Oliveiro,parabéns por sua postura profissional,precisamos de mais pessoas assim. Gratidão!

I hope that those responsible for this store know how to encourage professionals who know how to retain customers anonymously without anyone seeing them, and who guide the wrong employees thinking that they are not being evaluated by customers.

Pharmacy attendant soooo friendly, sweet person, attentive, kind, the cashier guy also very nice people, everything in day, everyone wearing a mask, it’s not crowded, I loved it, I just didn’t find the scale to weigh me like every poor man does hehehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, funcionários atendem mal há uma demora excessiva mesmo com poucas ou nenhuma pessoa no estabelecimento e tampouco há descontos bons seja pela drogaria ou pelo convênio é praticamente inexistente. Por isso, vou mais na Drogaria São Paulo, Confiança e outras acostadas na região que são os preços mais acessíveis, descontos maiores e atendimento excelente. Ademais, comprei um shampoo específico medicamentoso e a embalagem não veio lacrada, ao chegar em casa ao abri lo estava na metade a quantidade do produto. Fiquei ligando umas duas horas para o telefone no período noturno e não atendiam. Quando fui atendida me mandaram ir pessoalmente trocar e adivinhem não havia outro produto para troca e eu novamente perdi tempo adentrando no estabelecimento. Até para o Sac eu liguei para saber se era normal metade da embalagem vir vazia. Enfim, não recomendo a drogaria.

I was calling the phone for two hours at night and they didn't answer. When I was attended, I was sent to personally change and guess what, there was no other product to exchange and I again wasted time entering the establishment. I even called Sac to see if it was normal for half of the packaging to be empty. Anyway, I don't recommend the drugstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se o telefone divulgado aqui for o correto, jamais é atendido. Tentei em vários horários diferentes. Gostaria apenas de perguntar se atende Farmácia Popular, pois a loja da Av. Líder, perto da minha residência, não atende pelo programa.
PS: a rede se dá ao trabalho de responder, mas de nada adianta, pois é um contato sem nenhum conteúdo. Principalmente porque não responde à pergunta simples que fiz... Afinal, atende ou não pelo programa Farmácia Popular??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar fraldas para minha mãe, e ao entrar no estacionamento que tem uma rampa péssima para entrar, raspou na calçada o parachoque do meu carro quebrando e soltando a peça. Um flanelinha que fica ali na frente me disse que isso já aconteceu com vários clientes e ninguém faz nada, chamei a gerente, veio uma atendente de nome Juliana e disse que sim, já aconteceu mas que não é problema deles, é da prefeitura, que já abriram chamado, sendo que a responsabilidade é do estacionamento sim, quero que a farmácia se responsabilize pelo conserto do meu parachoque, do contrário entrarei na justiça.

Não retornei à Loja para reclamar, porque seria a minha palavra contra a deles.
Fica aí a sugestão: Funcionário conferir os produtos entregues na frente do cliente.
