Mas não atendem ao telefone e não respondem mensagens.
Complicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone. Comprei o medicamento Loceryl, cujo tratamento indica o uso por até um ano, caso os sintomas persistam. Porém, comprei ontem (21/01) e o medicamento já vence em basicamente 4 meses. Já liguei 3 vezes e número só chama.
They don't answer the phone. I bought the drug Loceryl, whose treatment indicates the use for up to a year, if the symptoms persist. However, I bought it yesterday (01/21) and the medicine is due in basically 4 months. I've called 3 times and the number just calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não atendem o telefone, liguei incansáveis vezes até que tive que ligar pra outra unidade e pegar um outro contato, no caso o WhatsApp, mas mesmo assim ainda lentos no atendimento. Eu comprei às 10:50 no app 4 latas de leite e às 11:49 recebi a notificação que os produtos tinham saído para entrega, deu 20h (prazo máximo para entrega) e nada dos leites chegarem. Fiquei numa situação complicada, meu filho chorava de fome enquanto que decidiam como iam corrigir o erro, até que o próprio supervisor veio entregar em minha residência às 20h33, é vergonhoso a falta de organização e planejamento. Eu apenas peço humanidade e empatia, porque por traz dos apps existem seres humanos com suas necessidades. Só recebi o produto porque no app não tinha a opção de cancelamento. Mais um cliente que perdem.
Bad service, they don't answer the phone, I called relentless times until I had to call another unit and get another contact, in this case WhatsApp, but still slow in the service. I bought 4 cans of milk on the app at 10:50 and at 11:49 I received notification that the products had left for delivery, there was 20:00 (deadline for delivery) and none of the milk arrived. I was in a complicated situation, my son was crying from hunger while they decided how they were going to correct the mistake, until the supervisor himself came to deliver it to my home at 8:33 pm, the lack of organization and planning is shameful. I just ask for humanity and empathy, because behind the apps there are human beings with their needs. I only received the product because the app didn't have the option to cancel. Another customer they lose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar acessível, bem localizado, limpo, organizado. Os atendentes são simpáticos e atenciosos, precisei de auxílio e uma moça que não lembro seu nome foi muito solícita e prestativa no atendimento.. me mostrando vários produtos que eu estava procurando... recomendo com certeza!
An affordable, well located, clean, organized place. The attendants are friendly and attentive, I needed help and a girl I don't remember her name was very helpful and helpful in the service.. showing me several products that I was looking for... I definitely recommend it!

Possui um bom estacionamento e um excelente atendimento, ponto forte da marca Drogasil. Tem um ótimo sortimento de fármacos, perfumaria e artigos de primeira necessidade. Os preços são medianos. Recomendo !!!
Excellent pharmacy. It is located in a very good spot, right at the entrance to the Altiplano Cabo Branco Nobre, in the capital of Paraíba. It has good parking and excellent service, a strong point of the Drogasil brand. It has a great assortment of drugs, perfumery and essential items. Prices are average. I recommend !!!
