★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento com Ricardo foi excelente! Fez de tudo para conseguir um remédio que eles não tinham em estoque, além de ter sido educado. Certamente uma loja que merece crescer em vendas pelo bom treinamento dos funcionários!
Service with Ricardo was excellent! He did everything to get a medicine they didn't have in stock, besides being polite. Certainly a store that deserves to grow in sales due to the good training of employees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente Rafaela, extremamente antiprofissional, para não dizer antiética ou até coisa pior, saiu atrás de mim correndo na rua após ter dado um erro no sistema, provocado por ela, que cobrou o valor da minha conta débito mas supostamente não transferiu para a farmácia. Depois do constrangimento na rua e dentro da farmácia, como se eu estivesse querendo sair sem pagar, aceitei fazer outro pagamento no mesmo valor, na promessa da atendente de que o estorno do excesso seria feito no mesmo dia. Resumo da obra: paguei duas vezes pelo mesmo produto, estou sendo enrolado para conseguir o estorno de volta, passei constrangimento na rua e na farmácia, e ainda perdi quarenta minutos de almoço para comprar um simples produto nessa farmácia por conta da atitude desonesta dessa funcionária!
Attendant Rafaela, extremely unprofessional, not to say unethical or even worse, ran after me running down the street after giving an error in the system, caused by her, who charged my debit account but supposedly did not transfer it to the pharmacy. After the embarrassment on the street and inside the pharmacy, as if I was trying to leave without paying, I agreed to make another payment in the same amount, in the promise of the attendant that the reversal of the excess would be made on the same day. Summary of the work: I paid twice for the same product, I'm being rolled up to get the chargeback back, spent embarrassment on the street and at the pharmacy, and even lost forty minutes of lunch to buy a simple product at this pharmacy because of the dishonest attitude of this employee !

De final de semana não fazem entrega, ninguém atende o telefone e ontem fiz pedido por WhatsApp as 11.11 hs e até as 19.15 hs não obtive resposta! ACORDA SR GERENTE! NO QUADRILÁTERO TEM A ULTRAFARMA,DROGARIA SÃO PAULO.. VCS NAO SÃO OS ÚNICOS!!!
After they changed part of the staff it became hell! On weekends there is no delivery, no one answers the phone and yesterday I ordered WhatsApp at 11.11 am and until 7.15 pm I didn't get an answer! AGREE MR MANAGER! IN THE QUADRILÁTERO HAS THE ULTRAFARMA, DRUGARIA SÃO PAULO.. VCS ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!
