Mas via whatsapp é horrível péssimo d verdade pedi um remédio as 19:00 do dia 24/08 e até hoje dia 25/9 não chegou e eles nem se posicionaram a respeito sendo que estava morrendo de alergia no dia e eles se comprometeram a entregar mas até agora nem desculpas
In person the service is great
But via whatsapp it is horrible terrible d truth I asked for a remedy at 19:00 on 08/24 and even today on 25/9 it did not arrive and they did not even take a position on it being that I was dying of allergy on the day and they promised to deliver but so far no apologies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM NESSA DROGARIA!! Pior atendimento que já recebi em uma farmácia em toda minha vida. Fui lá semana passada tinham 4 atendentes e 2 pessoas na fila, demorou mais de 30 minutos pra chegar minha vez de ser atendida, a demora não fez sentido nenhum. Voltei lá hoje e a moça disse que não poderia vender meu remédio porque eu não tinha a comprovação da última vez que tinha tomado (mesmo eu levando a receita). Fui na outra farmácia, consegui a comprovação e voltei a Drogasil. Aparentemente isso irritou muito a atendente, que passou a ser extremamente grossa, pediu diversos dados que já estão no meu cadastro e não tinha porque eu fornecer outra vez, pediu meu RG e entrou e saiu com ele do depósito (a sala atrás do balcão) umas 3 vezes sem me falar o que estava fazendo lá. Depois de 30 minutos finalmente consegui comprar. Aí começou a guerra pela aplicação, paguei tudo direitinho e mesmo com a loja inteiramente vazia e só eu pra ser atendida, a farmacêutica (que era a única que podia aplicar) tinha coisa mais importante para fazer e levou mais 10 minutos para aparecer. Infelizmente estava tão estressada que não peguei os nomes, se voltar lá será apenas para ter os nomes e fazer uma reclamação oficial.
DON'T BUY IN THIS DRUG !! Worst service I have ever received in a pharmacy in my entire life. I went there last week had 4 attendants and 2 people in line, it took more than 30 minutes to get my turn to be attended, the delay didn't make any sense. I went back there today and the girl said she couldn't sell my medicine because I didn't have proof of the last time I took it (even if I took the prescription). I went to the other pharmacy, got the proof and went back to Drogasil. Apparently, this annoyed the attendant a lot, which happened to be extremely thick, asked for several data that are already in my register and there was no reason for me to provide it again, asked for my ID and went in and left with him from the deposit (the room behind the counter) about 3 times without telling me what I was doing there. After 30 minutes I finally managed to buy. Then the war for the application started, I paid everything correctly and even with the store entirely empty and only me to be served, the pharmacist (who was the only one who could apply) had something more important to do and it took another 10 minutes to appear. Unfortunately I was so stressed that I didn't get the names, if I go back there it will only be to have the names and make an official complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por três vezes fui nessa drogaria, por ser próxima da minha residência, porém, a partir de hoje, vou andar mais, mas nunca mais vou nessa drogaria.
As atendentes ficam conversando e mesmo vendo você aguardando, demoram para atender e quando atendem, sempre estão de mau humor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um produto no site da Drogasil para retirar nessa loja, em questão de 10 minutos o pedido já estava pronto para retirada. Ao buscar, o cuidado de ter o produto muito bem embalado e ainda mandaram um saquinho de presente com duas amostras de outro produto. Acolhimento sensacional para próximas compras.
I bought a product on the Drogasil website to withdraw from this store, in a matter of 10 minutes the order was ready for withdrawal. When picking up, they were careful to have the product very well packaged and they even sent a gift bag with two samples of another product. Sensational welcome for next purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje 7/2/22 DEDICO MEU TEMPO COM BASTANTE ALEGRIA PARA FAZER ESSE COMENTÁRIO. fui nessa farmacia no j d abril, fui super bem atendido pela LUCIANA, completamente atenciosa, fiquei super encantado, com o atendimento dessa moça. Sabe quando a pessoa te ouve, entende sua dor sua preocupação? pois essa moça merece todo respeito viu. Já havia passado em duas drogarias e não tinha o que eu precisava, chegando lá também não tinha mas olha só que atitude teve essa maravilhosa atendente, ela pesquisou no sistema as lojas que dispunham do medicamento, localizou duas lojas proximo de onde moro, pegou os telefones dessas unidades da drogasil, como eu estava sem celular na hora, ela ligou para uma dessas loja a qual escolhi, entrou em contato, pediu para separar pra mim, pegou com toda educação o nome da funcionária dessa loja a qual iria pegar o medicamento, e só sei que deu tudo certo e aqui estou eu manifestando minha felicidade por ter encontrado não uma atendente mas um ANJO, que sem saber socorreu eu minha esposa e meu filho na aquisição desse medicamento, não tenho palavras para agradecer a LUCIANA PELA EXCELÊNCIA no ATENDIMENTO, espero que o Gerente Regional ou algum outro responsável saiba disso ou que possa ver esta minha manifestação ok. I went to this pharmacy on J d Abril, I was super well attended by LUCIANA, completely attentive, I was super delighted, with the service of this girl. Do you know when the person listens to you, understands your pain your concern? because this girl deserves all respect. I had already been to two drugstores and they didn't have what I needed, when I got there they didn't either, but look what attitude this wonderful attendant had, she searched the system for stores that had the medicine, located two stores close to where I live, took the phones of these drugsil units, as I didn't have a cell phone at the time, she called one of those store I chose, got in touch, asked to separate it for me, politely took the name of the employee of that store who would get the medication , and I just know that everything went well and here I am expressing my happiness for having found not an attendant but an ANGEL, who unknowingly helped my wife and son to acquire this medication, I have no words to thank LUCIANA FOR THE EXCELLENCE in SERVICE, I hope that the Regional Manager or someone else in charge knows about this or that they can see my manifestation ok.
