★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 25/03/2022 fiz a compra de uma sandália que falei pra vendedora "vou levar essa" não imaginava que ela iria pegar a sandália que estava no mostruário (já toda acabada) só percebi quando chego em casa e vou calçar a sandália e também constatei que depois de certo tempo ficou muito apertada no meu pé por causa de um elástico. Na segunda 27/03/2022 fui na loja pra efetuar a troca por uma numeração maior e aí vocês já imaginam que não tive o atendimento necessário e ainda passei por uma situação constrangedora. Em resumo, a loja preferiu perder uma cliente do que efetuar a troca de um produto e ainda saí da loja constrangida.
Não recomendo!
On 03/25/2022 I bought a sandal that I told the saleswoman "I'll take this one" I didn't imagine she would pick up the sandal that was in the showcase (already finished) I only realized when I get home and I'm going to put on the sandal and I also noticed that after a while it got too tight on my foot because of an elastic band. On Monday 03/27/2022 I went to the store to exchange for a larger number and then you can imagine that I didn't have the necessary service and I still went through an embarrassing situation. In short, the store preferred to lose a customer than to exchange a product and I still left the store embarrassed.
I do not recommend!
