★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao atendem o telefone de jeito nenhum,fiz ligações de até 12 minutos e nao atendem,falta de respeito,então tireo numero pra ninguém ligar ja que nao atendem,e liguei em horarios diferentes e nuncam atendem!!!????????????????????

Péssimo ambiente para se atender os clientes.

Péssima experiência expliquei pra atendente exatamente oque eu queria me mandou o bico de mamadeira errada falaram que ia trocar só no outro dia , me mandaram o pacote de fralda que falava que ganhava um lenço umidecido nao veio, detestei pra comprar na loja deve funcionar por que nós que pegamos agora pra entrega péssimo atendimento e falta de atenção tremenda e ainda falaram que tentou entrar em contato comigo , agora estou aqui com um bico de mamadeira de 6 meses pra uma criança de um ano! Não recomendo e nunca mais compro com vocês !

Bad experience, I explained to the attendant exactly what I wanted, they sent me the wrong bottle nipple they said I would just change it the other day, they sent me the diaper package that said I got a wet wipe, it didn't come, I hated to buy it in the store it must work because we who take it now for delivery, terrible service and tremendous lack of attention and they even said that they tried to contact me, now I'm here with a 6-month-old bottle nipple for a one-year-old! I do not recommend and will never buy from you again!
