A loja não é bonita, tem decoração simples e pouca iluminação.

É comum não terem alguns medicamentos disponíveis, principalmente os menos comuns e mais caros.
Alguns funcionários são bem despreparados. Já fomos atendidos por uma moça, que não era farmacêutica, que não entendeu direito a letra do médico na receita e ofereceu um medicamento que não tinha qualquer relação com o que havia sido receitado. Se fôssemos pessoas humildes provavelmente teríamos sofrido prejuízo em nossa saúde.
Há 3 vagas de estacionamento na frente, sendo uma para deficiente físico. Se não for possível estacionar ali, fica difícil encontrar vaga na região.
