★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Respondem no whats app apenas para vender o serviço. Solicitei a lavagem de duas bolsas de couros que estavam ha tempos guardadas, voltaram com mesmo cheiro e parecia do mesmo jeito. Falei no whats e fui ignorada! Nenhum momento explicaram que era uma lavagem que o cheiro não sai. Eu não gastaria se soubesse! E o pós vendas - pessimo. Alem de ignorada, estou ate hoje aguardando retorno de uma atendente super simpatica porém que depende do chefe para solucionar. Não indico! E quero solução - ou meus produtos sem odor ou dinheiro de volta.
They reply on whats app just to sell the service. I asked to wash two leather bags that had been stored for a while, came back with the same smell and looked the same way. I said on whats and I was ignored! No time was explained that it was a wash that the smell does not come out. I wouldn't spend it if I knew! And after sales - terrible. In addition to being ignored, I am still waiting for the return of a super friendly attendant, but who depends on the boss to solve it. I do not indicate! And I want a solution - or my products with no odor or money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um sapato para fazer o conserto do salto. No início do lockdown aqui em SP. Desde então estou tentando buscar meu sapato e não consigo pegar todas as vezes que eu fui até a lavanderia ela estava fechada.
Ontem, tentei novamente em 2 horários e, nas 2 vezes que fui a loja estava fechada e me parece que não dará continuidade às atividades.
Tentei contato váááarias vezes via whatsapp e não tive retorno.
Só queria o meu sapato de volta...
I left a shoe to repair the heel. At the beginning of the lockdown here in SP. Since then I've been trying to get my shoe and I can't get it every time I went to the laundry room it was closed.
Yesterday, I tried again in 2 hours and, in the 2 times that I went the store was closed and it seems to me that it will not continue the activities.
I tried to contact vaááarias times via whatsapp and had no feedback.
I just wanted my shoe back ...
