★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o bolo que comprei não estava satisfatório pelos seguintes motivos:
Primeiro, brigadeiro parece ser feito com achocolatado ou com leite condensado de baixa qualidade, assim como o beijinho, o que fez o bolo ficar MUITO doce, enjoativo e um excesso de açúcar. Para quebrar o doce não parecer ter sido utilizado chocolate em pó, o qual possui cacau e deixa um sabor mais refinado e amargo, ficando apenas o sabor de achocolatado com muito açúcar no bolo inteiro, o mesmo me dando um mal estar no estômago. Textura também não é de brigadeiro de boa qualidade, sem elasticidade, parecendo uma massa que foi misturado algo para dar mais volume.
Infelizmente esperava muito desse bolo por ser a primeira vez comprando e as imagens me traziam a visão de um bom bolo...no qual se tornou o desastre da noite já que ninguém suportou comer nem um pedaço direito.

Apesar da sua colocação sobre a receita, acredito que você não saiba o que consta no bolo final já que além do que você falou ainda jogam açúcar puro por cima e um brigadeiro feito com esses ingredientes não ficam nesse nível de doçura no qual apareceu no bolo que adquiri, falo por experiência de fazer exatamente a mesma receita descrita por você e conhecer bem o resultado final, além de não misturar "pedaços" de alguma coisa que não identifiquei no meio do recheio do brigadeiro, outro ponto negativo.
Mas para concluir, apenas não irei mais adquirir os bolos dessa loja e espero que tenha sucesso com essa receita que o seu público adora, só acredito que deveria rever essa receita e pegar os mínimos detalhes já que o que você diz não condiz com o produto final na minha visão de cliente e de quem comeu o bolo, ou se for seguir com essa linha deveria especificar os detalhes que vem no bolo, principalmente o açúcar puro que é jogado em todo o bolo (sem sentido).

Texture is also not of good quality brigadeiro, without elasticity, looking like a dough that was mixed something to give more volume.
Unfortunately I expected a lot from this cake because it was the first time I bought it and the images brought me the vision of a good cake ... in which it became the disaster of the night since no one could bear to eat even a right piece.

Despite its placement on the recipe, I believe that you do not know what is in the final cake since besides what you said they still throw pure sugar on top and a brigadeiro made with these ingredients does not stay at that level of sweetness in which it appeared on the cake that I acquired, I speak from experience of making exactly the same recipe described by you and knowing the final result well, in addition to not mixing "pieces" of something that I did not identify in the middle of the brigadeiro filling, another negative point.
But to conclude, I'm just not going to buy the cakes from this store anymore and I hope you succeed with this recipe that your audience loves, I just believe that you should review this recipe and get the smallest details since what you say doesn't match the product final in my view of the customer and who ate the cake, or if you are going to follow that line, I should specify the details that come in the cake, especially the pure sugar that is thrown in the whole cake (meaningless).
