â â â â â Ao contrĂĄrio de vĂĄrias reclamaçÔes, minhas ligaçÔes foram atendidas na maioria das vezes. Contudo, o trabalho foi muito demorado e com informaçÔes desencontradas. Deixei meu celular para fazer um orçamento. Inicialmente foi-me dito que em atĂ© 2 horas teria uma resposta e receberia uma ligação. Deixei Ă s 10:00 e fiquei sabendo o que aconteceu somente Ă s 17:00 e isso porque eu fui lĂĄ.
Falaram que tinha que trocar a placa e me pediram 2 dias. No final, virou uma semana. Sempre pedia informaçÔes. No inĂcio me disseram que tinha apenas uma placa, depois que uma nĂŁo estava funcionando e que iriam testar outra (sendo que antes tinham dito que teria somente uma) e quando me entregaram me disseram que estavam em dificuldades para encontrar a placa para o celular. E vĂĄrias vezes me disseram que o celular deveria estar pronto no outro dia. No final, o serviço foi feito mas foi muito chato todo esse processo.
Unlike several complaints, my calls were answered most of the time. However, the work was very time-consuming and with mismatched information. I left my cell phone to make a quote. Initially I was told that within 2 hours I would have an answer and receive a call. I left at 10:00 and I only learned what happened at 17:00 and that's because I went there.
They said I had to change the plate and asked me for 2 days. In the end, it turned into a week. I always asked for information. At first they told me they had only one card, then one was not working and they were going to test another one (before they said they would have only one) and when they handed it to me they told me they were having trouble finding the card for the cell phone. And I was told several times that the cell phone should be ready the next day. In the end, the job was done but the whole process was very boring.

Depois tudo resolvido com um excelente atendimento que acabei comprando mais coisas. Sendo o meu objetivo era somente ao atendimento de troca da bateria.
O atraso com certeza se deu devido o fornecedor.
O bom atendimento é a satisfação do cliente.
At first I objected to the lack of accessory (original Motorola battery).
After everything was resolved with an excellent service, I ended up buying more things. Being my goal was only to service the replacement of the battery.
The delay was definitely due to the supplier.
Good service is customer satisfaction.
