★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não fez o serviço direito, falou de outro problema da bike e virou as costas e ao chegar em casa percebi que ainda piorou o problema. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance. He did not do the job properly, talked about another problem with the bike and turned his back and when I got home I realized that the problem got worse. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente bicicletaria, todas as vezes que vou, sou bem atendido, o serviço é bem rápido e são bem honestos, dão opções de conserto, diferente de outras lojas que pedem para trocar tudo sem necessidade da troca só para ganharem dinheiro.
Quando tem alguma folga em parafuso ou preciso ajeitar meu guidão e banco, não me cobram nada.
Recomendo a todos que usam a bike no dia a dia
Excellent bike shop, every time I go, I am well attended, the service is very fast and they are very honest, they offer repair options, unlike other stores that ask to exchange everything without needing to exchange just to earn money.
When there is some slack in the screw or I need to adjust my handlebars and seat, I am not charged for anything.
I recommend it to everyone who uses the bike on a daily basis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendido pelos rapazes da loja e coloquei minha bike pra consertar. Bike estava bastante enferrujada e fui cobrado quase 500 reais pelo serviço. Beleza, paguei.
Não deu 1 semana a bike já começou com problemas, levei até lá e ajeitaram, porém o rolamento estava estourado, teria que comprar outro, não fiz a aquisição, mantive o ruim.
Depois macaquinho começou a dar problema, teria que comprar outro, pedi pra retirar então e tiraram. E mesmo assim continua com problemas.
Ou seja, paguei quase 500 reais em manutenção e não tive meu problema resolvido. Era mais fácil ter comprado outra bicicleta pois isso tudo aconteceu em um período de 1 mês. Ou seja, não consegui andar com a bike por duas semanas ininterruptas.
Não recomendo pois não resolveu meu problema, poderiam ter falado que não seria interessante consertar e que valeria a pena comprar uma nova que eu até poderia comprar com eles outra.
I was super well attended by the guys at the store and I put my bike in for repair. Bike was quite rusty and I was charged almost 500 reais for the service. Cool, I paid.
It didn't take a week for the bike to start with problems, I took it there and they fixed it, but the bearing was blown, I would have to buy another one, I didn't buy it, I kept the bad one.
Then the little monkey started to give problems, I would have to buy another one, I asked to remove it and they took it off. And yet it still has problems.
That is, I paid almost 500 reais in maintenance and I didn't have my problem solved. It was easier to have bought another bike as this all happened in a period of 1 month. That is, I could not ride the bike for two uninterrupted weeks.
I don't recommend it because it didn't solve my problem, they could have said that it wouldn't be interesting to fix it and that it would be worth buying a new one that I could even buy another one from them.
