★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pós negócio, moro de aluguel há uns 20 anos, passei por várias corretoras de imóveis, mas nunca tinha alugado com uma imobiliária tão fraca e amadora. Não recomendo. Péssima experiência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou proprietário de imoveis para locação, no que se trata de LOCAÇÃO, foi a ADMINISTRADORA que tive a pior experiência até hoje: Atrasos nos repasses, falta de acompanhamento, dificuldade para mandar relatórios, não respondem emails e NÃO CUMPREM com as responsabilidades assumidas: meu contrato de locação terminou em 11/19 e até o momento não me devolveram o caução, não me informam quando vão devolver, não justificam porque ainda não fizeram , não respondem email e nem whatsapp. Se o assunto for ALUGUEL, NÃO RECOMENDO.
I am the owner of rental properties, when it comes to LEASE, it was the ADMINISTRATOR that I had the worst experience to date: delays in transfers, lack of follow-up, difficulty sending reports, do not answer emails and DO NOT FULFILL with the assumed responsibilities: mine The lease ended on 11/19 and so far they have not returned the security deposit to me, they do not inform me when they will return it, they do not justify it because they have not yet done so, they do not reply to email or whatsapp. If the subject is RENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento com eles, me pediram 2 meses de calção que seria devolvido no final do contrato, paguei todos aluguéis em dia, agora fui pedir a devolução dos calções a funcionária Stefani desligou o telefone 2x na minha cara e a Renata que ficou responsável o problema fica me enrolando... péssima, conselho não fazem negócios com eles são péssimos administradores!!!!

Receberam valores e não repassam para minha irmã, ao tentarmos resolver a situação protelam com desculpas sem lógica, ou seja, além de agirem com má fé ainda tratam a quem tenta ajudá-los com descaso. Se apropriaram de R$ 5.100,00, facilitamos devido a pandemia e fizemos acordo para pagarem em 10 vezes, ainda assim não estão cumprindo com o acordado, e isso ocorreu agora, de outubro de 2019 até a presente data. Aconselho à todos que foram enganados pela DWimóveis a entrarem na justiça por crime de apropriação indébita, bem como registrarem denúncia no CRECI RN. Desaconselhável negociar com a DWimóveis, e mais, não coloquem nenhum valor na mão da imobiliária antecipadamente, caso ainda não tenham sido enganados. Caso venham a se redimir das irresponsabilidades, voltarei aqui para informar.

I advise everyone who has been deceived by DWimóveis to go to court for the crime of misappropriation, as well as file a complaint with CRECI RN. Inadvisable to negotiate with DWimóveis, and more, do not put any value in the hand of the real estate agency in advance, if you have not yet been deceived. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sabem trabalhar nem com aluguel de carrinho de pipoca, se apropriam do aluguel, quando acaba o contrato não devolvem o calção do inquilino, a Renata que é proprietária não vale um risco na agua, pule fora dessa cilada!
They don't even know how to work with popcorn cart rental, they appropriate the rent, when the contract ends they don't return the tenant's shorts, Renata who owns it is not worth a risk in the water, jump out of this trap!
