★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha irmã fomos atendidos pela gerente deste lugar. Tudo parecia correr bem fechamos a locação do apartamento e já havíamos enviados as documentações. Chegamos a entregar o apartamento em que morávamos. Porém, faltando poucos dias para o dia combinado para recebimento do apartamento, essa gerente volta atrás e diz que havia outra pessoa na frente. Imagine o problema que isso gerou. Não recomendo a empresa.
 My sister and I were met by the manager of this place. Everything seemed to go well, we closed the apartment lease and had already sent the documentation. We even delivered the apartment where we lived. However, with a few days left to the agreed day of receipt of the apartment, this manager goes back and says there was someone else in front. Imagine the problem this generated. I do not recommend the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu daria zero estrelas se pudesse. Alugo um apartamento com eles faz algum tempo. Vários inquilinos tiveram problemas com o novo síndico e a ODS ao ser contatada nada fez. Como resultado, os inquilinos estão se mudando.
I would give zero stars if I could. I've been renting an apartment with them for some time. Several tenants had problems with the new manager and ODS when contacted did nothing. As a result, tenants are moving.

Eles pediram um caução de R$ 500,00 antes de entrar na casa, caso no ato da entrega fosse constatado algum dano seria descontado desse valor.
A vistoria foi feita dois dias depois de ter entregue a casa primeiro erro.
Fui cobrada indevidamente por uma bandeja de geladeira que já estava quebrada quando cheguei na casa, detalhe R$115,00.
Acredito que seja muito cômodo fazer a vistoria depois que não tem mais ngm na casa.
Falta de respeito real com o cliente!
Tive outros problemas com a casa que não vou nem comentar.
The house we rented had the ODS as responsible for receiving guests.
They asked for a security deposit of R $ 500.00 before entering the house, if upon delivery any damage would be deducted from this amount.
The survey was made two days after delivering the first mistake home.
I was wrongly charged for a refrigerator tray that was already broken when I arrived at the house, detail $ 115.00.
I believe it is very convenient to the survey after it has not nobody else in the house.
Lack of real respect for the customer!
I had other problems with the house that I won't even comment on.
