Realizei a compra, decorrido no prazo não entraram em contato, nós entramos e simplesmente disseram ainda estar fabricando no produto. Enquanto isso está feito o buraco na parede para receber o produto e andaime montado. Total falta de consideração com o cliente.
They do not deliver on time, they promise delivery in 7 days within the State of São Paulo. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamento é bom mas a assistência é péssima! Compramos varias unidades e quando deu defeito em um a assistência quer OBRIGAR a comprar apenas deles a peça sendo que no mercado existe idênticas pela metade do valor. A longo prazo não recomendo o investimento que é alto.

We bought several units and when there was a defect in the service, we want to OBLIGATE you to buy only the part from them, and there are identical ones for half the value on the market.
