★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começei usando a net deles,mas depois de quase 3 anos troquei pq começaram a expandir a rede de fibra ótica e esqueceram os assinantes da rede a cabo, sempre que chovia caia o sinal.
I started using their net, but after almost 3 years I switched on because they started to expand the fiber optic network and forgot the subscribers of the cable network whenever the signal was falling.

Portanto, o atendimento da empresa Ed-Link, até o momento, é de Alto Nível. Como já fui cliente de uma grande operadora, posso afirmar que o Esforço da Equipe e a Qualidade Técnica vem demonstrando ser superior a de grandes empresas do Mercado de Provedores de Internet , que atuam em Natal.
I had no signal on Sunday, 07/26/2020, and they answered me promptly. They changed all the cabling, solving the problem definitively. Therefore, the service provided by Ed-Link, to date, is of the highest level. As I was a customer of a major operator, I can say that the Team's Effort and Technical Quality has proven to be superior to that of large companies in the Internet Provider Market, which operate in Natal.
