Well managed condominium, very cozy delivery hall, but car parking inside the condominium, no spaces guaranteed for owners, discouraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é excelente, o prédio é antigo, não possui garagem, TV com poucos canais, sem WIFI, mais atende as necessidades com segurança. Nas quadras do entorno possui algumas lanchonetes, mais se precisar de mercado ou farmácia é preciso andar um pouco mais. O local é bem tranquilo, a praia limpa, calcadão com ciclovia vem cuidados.
The location is excellent, the building is old, it has no garage, TV with few channels, no WIFI, most caters to needs with security. In the surrounding blocks there are some snack bars, more if you need a market or a pharmacy you need to walk a little more. The place is very quiet, the beach clean, calcadão with bike path comes care.
