Falta de comprometimento com o locador, tô há meses aguardando uma solução pro meu problema, problema esse q a própria Edmur nos causou e nao obtenho resultado algum.
Nao atendem o telefone, estao o tempo todo em horário de almoço e nunca nos retorna, tô tendo que procurar meus direitos através da delegacia do CRECI e Procon pq da parte da Edmur nada e feito. Uma vergonha
The worst I've ever seen
Lack of commitment to the landlord, I've been waiting for months for a solution to my problem, a problem that Edmur herself caused us and I don't get any results.
They don't answer the phone, they are all the time at lunchtime and never come back to us, I'm having to look for my rights through the CRECI and Procon police station because on the part of Edmur, nothing is done. A shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz dois dias que estou ligando para tirar uma dúvida sobre a desocupação do imóvel e a pessoa responsável não me retorna. Todas as vezes que liguei ela dizia estar em uma ligação. Impressionante! Falta de respeito, falta de profissionalismo e descaso com os clientes. Péssimo serviço!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De todas as imobiliárias e corretores que entrei em contato durante 3 meses que estou procurando um imóvel em santo Andre, essa foi de longe a pior possível. Corretores confusos não sabem lhe dar nem informações básicas do imóvel que eles mesmo anunciam. Outra pessoa próxima também disse ter tido uma experiência ruim com a EDMUR, o deixaram esperando ao telefone por 3 vezes e quando atendiam prometiam retorna-lo e isso nunca acontecia até passarem para o atendimento via Whatsapp. A impressão que dá é que eles estão fechando as portas e simplesmente não ligam para os clientes. Precisam melhorar muito mas muito mesmo para ser uma imobiliária boa e confiável. Eu não confiaria um imóvel a eles. E NÃO não vão achar o meu cadastro pq nem ao menos fizeram isso, meu amigo disse que com ele tb não fizeram, acho que é por esse motivo que não conseguem dar uma resposta clara e honesta aqui.
Of all the real estate agents and brokers I contacted for 3 months looking for a property in Santo Andre, this was by far the worst possible. Confused brokers don't even know how to give you basic information about the property they advertise. Another close person also said that he had a bad experience with EDMUR, they left him waiting on the phone 3 times and when they answered they promised to return him and that never happened until they went to the service via Whatsapp. The impression it gives is that they are closing their doors and simply don't care about customers. They need to improve a lot but a lot to be a good and reliable real estate company. I would not trust them with a property. And they WON'T find my registration because they didn't even do it, my friend said they didn't do it with him, I think that's why they can't give a clear and honest answer here.

Em menos de um mês conseguimos alugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com esta imobiliária, foi a pior possível, anunciamos um imóvel para alugar com eles, e um corretor, foi até o local com o cliente interessado, tirou algo de uma porta, para mostrar ao cliente, e não colocou no local novamente, e isso acabou quebrando o vidro da porta, reclamamos com a imobiliária, que nem quis saber do caso, disse que o problema é nosso. Pensei, se algo simples, fizeram isso, imagina, o imóvel com a administração deles. Péssimo trabalho.
My experience with this real estate agency was the worst possible, we advertised a property for rent with them, and a broker went to the site with the interested customer, took something from a door, to show the customer, and didn't put it back on the site again, and that ended up breaking the glass in the door, we complained to the real estate agent, who didn't even want to know about the case, said that the problem is ours. I thought, if something simple, they did this, imagine, the property with their management. Bad work.
