Eu nao moro la, nao sou obrigada a estar la 5 dias esperando eles...
I asked to reconnect a room that I rented and so far they have not made a call they make excuses that they cannot because the gate to the clock is closed .... why don't they call us to agree on the day and time that will go? I don't live there, I don't have to be there for 5 days waiting for them ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguem resolver problema simples. Tem SALDO de R$600,00 na conta mas tenho que mostrar o pagamento em duplicidade, sendo que na própria conta da EDP tem escrito SALDO. Inacreditável.
They cannot solve a simple problem. There is a BALANCE of BRL 600.00 on the account but I have to show the payment in duplicate, and on the EDP account it has BALANCE written. Unbelievable.
