Terrible. System always off and when it is online does not work as they do not solve anything. I just don't change the dealership because there is only one in Maranhão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. 116 não é um serviço de ligacao gratuita, Atendimento robótica e limitado. Atendimento auditoria só atende com protocolo, já feitas diversas ligações e envio de e-mail. Poste wm frente a minha casa em curto sem luz há 20 dias. Foram trocaram a lâmpada dos lados mas a do poste do meio não foi. Falta de respeito.
Terrible service. 116 is not a toll free service, robotic service is limited. Audit service only responds with protocol, several calls have already been made and e-mails have been sent. Post wm in front of my house in short without light for 20 days. They changed the lamp on the sides but the one on the middle pole was not. Lack of respect.
