★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora a loja esteja aberta o atendimento presencial é péssimo, uma atendente grosseira e com má vontade pede que vc faça o pedido por whatsapp e não é possível ver os brinquedos, só fotos. Seria melhor que vendessem só pelo site e não fizessem o cliente ir até lá se não se sentem seguros e preparados para receber um cliente por vez e se o ambiente não tem ventilação. Mais honesto seria deixar claro que só estão fazendo entrega na loja. Medidas para ajudar no controle da pandemia são bem vindas, mas falta lógica e empatia.
Although the store is open, the face-to-face service is terrible, a rude and unwilling attendant asks you to order via whatsapp and it is not possible to see the toys, only photos. It would be better for them to sell only through the website and not make the customer go there if they don't feel safe and prepared to receive one customer at a time and if the environment has no ventilation. More honest would be to make it clear that they are only delivering to the store. Measures to help control the pandemic are welcome, but they lack logic and empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A proprietária sempre faz questão de nos atender pessoalmente e agora, durante a pandemia, nos proporcionou um atendimento mais seguro pelo WhatsApp. Ela tem um conhecimento incrível de cada brinquedo, nos explica as diversas formas que a criança pode utilizar cada um, explicando com muitos detalhes, inclusive a procedência dos jogos, nos ensinando até um pouco da história de cada brinquedo. O atendimento é muito diferenciado, a embalagem é impecável e o preço é ótimo considerando a excelente qualidade dos brinquedos. São muitas opções e ela tem sempre novidades. Incrível essa loja!
The owner always makes a point of attending us personally and now, during the pandemic, she has provided us with a safer service through WhatsApp. She has an incredible knowledge of each toy, explains the different ways that the child can use each one, explaining in many details, including the origin of the games, even teaching us a little about the history of each toy. The service is very differentiated, the packaging is impeccable and the price is great considering the excellent quality of the toys. There are many options and she always has news. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima , não estava podendo entrar , fui em tempo de chuva olhar a loja , fui para olhar para conhecer ,e tinha que saber o brinquedo certo para a vendedora pegar , como iria saber qual queria sem ver ! não me deixaram entrar de jeito algum, tudo liberado pra entrar , até restaurante mas a loja nada ainda , e pra piorar no site não avisa ,só foi gasolina e tempo perdido ! E só acho que deveria melhorar o atendimento! Muito chato isso.
It was terrible , I was not able to enter , I went in rainy weather to look at the store , I went to look to see it , and I had to know the right toy for the seller to pick up , how would I know which one I wanted without seeing ! they didn't let me in at all, everything allowed to enter, even a restaurant, but the store is still nothing, and to make matters worse, the site doesn't warn, it was just gasoline and wasted time! And I just think it should improve the service! Very annoying that.

Então ela pega a carteira dela e eu a levo neste maravilhoso lugar. Ela vai para cessão de fidget toys e compra os mais legais que ela vê! Os produtos são de ótima qualidade e o brinde de lápis colorido que ofereceram aos meus filhos é excelente! Meus parabéns! A variedade de brinquedos é ótima e essa loja virou a preferida dela.
My daughter bought her best fidget toys there, and they are still her favorites today. Every day she wants to go buy more squishyes. So she takes her wallet and I take her to this wonderful place. She goes to the fidget toys concession and buys the coolest ones she sees! The products are of great quality and the colored pencil gift they gave my children is excellent! Congratulations! The variety of toys is great and this store became her favorite.
