★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi boa presencialmente, mas horrível por telefone ou Whatsapp, pois não respeitaram o horário que eu escolhi pra fazer as vídeos chamadas, me ligaram em horário inoportuno e sequer tentaram me convecer a comprar o intercambio. Depois que eu disse que iria deixar para o próximo semestre, não falaram mais nada, nem um obrigado ou "tchau" e quem me atendeu foi uma coordenadora da empresa.
My experience was good in person, but horrible over the phone or Whatsapp, as they did not respect the time I chose to make the video calls, they called me at an inopportune time and didn't even try to convince me to buy the exchange. After I said I was going to leave it for the next semester, they said nothing more, not even a thank you or "bye" and whoever answered me was a company coordinator.
