★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,na primeira semana que compramos o carro já quebrou ,vai fazer dois meses estamos pagando e nada de resolver o problema do carro .
E o carro segue aqui parada na garagem
Péssimo atendimento,não tem consideração pelo cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de compra são um amores mas na hora de resolver o prejuízo são péssimos meu marido comprou um carro com 8 dias deu problema e assim sucessivamente até com 3 meses da compra o moto bateu e eles não deram o ar da graça quem ficou no prejuízo foi meu esposo e agora de novo a mesma coisa procuramos algo melhor pra no final se prejudicar dessa forma e sem nenhuma assistência deles pq o meu marido foi engando o pai de família assalariado e agora tem q se virar nos trinta pra pagar o prejuízo de um carro q eles passaram dizendo q era Seminovo e fora o costragimento q a gente passa quase toda vez o carro quebra no caminho e ficamos a mercê de ser sujeito a qualquer situação..... Enganação total aí tem sorte quem comprou aí e não se prejudicou pq a maioria q comprou aí só pelo q eu tô vendo aqui nas avaliações se prejudicaram ...descaso total com clientes

My husband bought a car with 8 days of trouble he was my husband and now again the same thing we look for something better to in the end get hurt in this way and without any assistance from them because my husband was deceiving the salaried family man and now he has to turn around in his thirties to pay the loss of one car that they passed saying it was Semi-new and apart from the cost that we pass almost every time the car breaks down on the way and we are at the mercy of being subjected to any situation.... Total deception, there is luck who bought it and did not get harmed because most people bought there just because of what I'm seeing here in the reviews were harmed...total disregard for customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma péssima experiência com essa concessionária, desde que comprei um carro aí e já vai fazer um ano é só dor de cabeça. A pessoa tem que ir até lá para eles tomarem providências. Há um ano estou estou sem o manual do carro e me venderam um carro sem a chave reserva. Só inventam desculpas. Se não querem ter dor de cabeça não comprem nada aí, pois eles tem um péssimo pós venda.
I have a terrible experience with this dealership, since I bought a car there and it's been a year, it's just a headache. The person has to go there for them to take action. I haven't had my car manual for a year now and they sold me a car without a spare key. They just make excuses. If you don't want to have a headache, don't buy anything there, because they have a terrible after-sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo em tudo . O dono da loja é uma péssima pessoa ta errado e ainda xinga os clientes dos piores nomes possíveis .
Com 3 meses ja troquei 3 vezes de carro o último gravou o motor com 3 meses de uso e eles tão nem ai eu que fiquei no prejuízo .
Paguei o documento do carro nem isso eles tem capacidade de me entregar.
Se eu for relatar Tudo não cabe pq a pior coisa eu que eu podia ter feito era comprar um carro com essa loja os carros e tudo lixo uma pior que o outro até a numeração do chassis veio só o ferrugem.
O dono ta nem ai o cliente que fique com o prejuízo .
Não compre só tem lixo e bomba
E outra vc pode ate ter quitados o carro que eles não transfere pra vc e outra dor de cabeça. Isso não é uma loja isso é uma quadrilha .
Jà fui ate no procon fiz boletim de ocorrência pra ver se resolve mais ta dificil.
Terrible at everything. The store owner is a terrible person and is wrong and still curses customers with the worst possible names.
With 3 months I already changed my car 3 times, the last one recorded the engine with 3 months of use and they didn't care that I was at a loss.
I paid for the car document, not even that they have the capacity to deliver it to me.
If I report, Everything doesn't fit because the worst thing I could have done was buy a car with this store, cars and everything rubbish, one worse than the other, until the chassis numbering only came with rust.
The owner does not care for the customer to take the loss.
Don't buy there's only garbage and bombs
And another you may even have paid off the car that they don't transfer to you and another headache. This is not a store this is a gang.
I've already been to the procon and made a police report to see if it solves more difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal fugam dessa loja ,, eles vendem recebem e não entregam a documentação do veiculo e não cumprem o que promete no ato da venda. ajuizei uma ação no juizado especial... porem ate a audiência, o carro encontra-se intransitável.... são prepotentes , parece que apos receberem o dinheiro o consumidor vira lixo. em seguida vou entrar com uma ação de danos morais, fujam de la pelo amor de Deus.
People run away from this store, they sell, receive and don't deliver the vehicle documentation and don't fulfill what they promise at the time of sale. I filed a lawsuit in the special court... but until the hearing, the car is impassable.... they are arrogant, it seems that after receiving the money the consumer becomes garbage. then I'm going to file a lawsuit for moral damages, run away from her for God's sake.
