★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior assistência técnica de todo litoral. Inventam defeitos para tentar tirar proveito dos consumidores. Utilizamos por 3 vezes os serviços deles. Na última inventaram que teria que trocar toda parte de trás da geladeira e que custaría, $ 2.900,00. Acabamos comprando uma geladeira nova Brastemp. Resolvido o problema chamamos outro técnico para verificar, custou $ 500,00 e a geladeira nunca ficou tão boa. Agora temos duas. Prefira serviços de qualquer um menos deles. Consertos mal feitos e desonestos nos preços inventando problemas para cobrar mais.
 Worst technical assistance on the entire coast. They invent defects to try to take advantage of consumers. We use their services 3 times. In the last one they invented that they would have to change the entire back of the refrigerator and that it would cost $2,900.00. We ended up buying a new Brastemp refrigerator. Fixed the problem we called another technician to check, it cost $500.00 and the fridge never looked better. Now we have two. Prefer services from anyone but them. Badly done repairs and dishonest pricing, inventing problems to charge more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu cooktop começou a estalar depois que fiz uma limpeza. Suspeitei que era água mas chamei a assistência para dar uma olhada. O técnico veio, tentou tirar as bocas, não conseguiu, expliquei que podia ser água da limpeza, ele nem tentou ver. Passou um orçamento dissendo que eu teria que trocar várias peças, inclusive a boca que ele não conseguiu abrir. Me cobrou 50 reais para me passar um orçamento de quase um novo cooktop. Depois de umas horas meu cooktop voltou ao normal.
My cooktop started to creak after I cleaned it. I suspected it was water but called service to have a look. The technician came, tried to remove the mouths, he couldn't, I explained that it could be cleaning water, he didn't even try to see. A quote passed saying that I would have to change several parts, including the mouth that he couldn't open. He charged me 50 reais to give me a quote for almost a new cooktop. After a few hours my cooktop returned to normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Trocada a porta da geladeira na garantia, o produto voltou a apresentar o mesmo problema de vedação, em menos de um mês. No retorno do técnico, houve a cobrança na visita mesmo com o diagnostico de que o técnico anterior, que colocou a porta nova, não teria feito a nivelação da geladeira. Ou seja, o problema foi causado pela própria assistência, mas mesmo assim houve cobrança da visita. Falta de consideração e desrespeito ao consumidor. Não recomendo!!!
Bad experience. After replacing the refrigerator door under warranty, the product had the same sealing problem again, in less than a month. On the technician's return, there was a charge during the visit even with the diagnosis that the previous technician, who installed the new door, would not have leveled the refrigerator. That is, the problem was caused by the assistance itself, but even so, there was a charge for the visit. Lack of consideration and disrespect to the consumer. I do not recommend!!!
