Gostaria de deixar registrado, enquanto cliente/consumidor, o quanto fiquei positivamente impressionado com a Assistência técnica de vocês.
Com tantos casos de tratamento ruim para atender o consumidor, tive a grata surpresa de ter uma solução que parecia coisa de primeiro mundo.
Em 15 minutos minha tv teve um reparo da tela inteira e tive o prazer de ter tudo funcionando com duas pessoas extremamente educadas e que fizeram tudo de forma extremamente profissional.
Foi um show de tratamento que a Samsung apresentou.

I would like to register, as a customer/consumer, how positively impressed I was with your technical assistance.
With so many cases of bad treatment to attend to the consumer, I was pleasantly surprised to have a solution that seemed like a first-world thing.
In 15 minutes my tv had a full screen repair and I had the pleasure of having everything working with two extremely polite people who did everything in an extremely professional manner.
It was a treatment show that Samsung presented.
