Já tem 1 mês e até hoje não obtive resposta, o número de telefone fixo não atende nem por reza e ainda está desviando a ligação para um número que não é da empresa. Conversei com um dos atendentes na loja e este me prontificou de que receberia a resposta até no dia seguinte, não aconteceu e vou ter que buscar o aparelho porque a empresa não demonstra o que está escrito nos demais comentários.
I left a device to give a budget, I was asked for 15 days. It's been 1 month and I still haven't received a reply, the landline number doesn't answer even for prayers and is still diverting the call to a number that is not from the company. I talked to one of the attendants at the store and he told me that he would receive the answer until the next day, it didn't happen and I will have to get the device because the company doesn't show what is written in the other comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência, demorou demais para resolver o serviço, mas talvez seja sobrecarrega de demanda. Tive uma peculiaridade na hora do pagamento e a empresa foi muito honesta, por isso as 3 estrelas.
I didn't have a good experience, it took too long to solve the service, but maybe it is overloaded with demand. I had a peculiarity at the time of payment and the company was very honest, so the 3 stars.

Depois de um mês e umas três cobranças de resposta, sendo uma presencial, decidi ir à loja e retirar a TV sem orçamento mesmo e mesmo no momento da entrega nada me foi dito, sequer uma explicação pela demora. Enfim, não serviu pra nada.
I left a TV for the repair budget, which would be given in the same week. After a month and three reply charges, being a face-to-face, I decided to go to the store and remove the TV without budget and even at the time of delivery nothing was said to me, not even an explanation for the delay. Anyway, it was useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, queria contratar o serviço e esclarecer coisas mas a pessoa que me atendeu com muita má vontade. Parecia q estava pedindo um favor super inconveniente. Só pelo atendimento no telefone com certeza não vou me dar o trabalho de ir lá.
Terrible service, I wanted to hire the service and clarify things but the person who attended me was very grudging. It felt like I was asking a super inconvenient favor. Just by answering the phone, I certainly won't bother going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu microondas ficou 9 dias para consertar, e nem encostaram, falaram que o conserto tinhabpassado pata 15 dias. Ao reclamar perguntaram se eu desejava levá-lo de volta como estava? Tinha pagado a metade, pelo menos estornaram.
My microwave stayed 9 days to fix it, and they didn't even touch it, they said that the repair had lasted for 15 days. When complaining, they asked if I wanted to take him back as he was? He had paid half, at least reversed.

Deixei dois aparelhos no dia 10/12 e ficaram lá mais de um mês e não tive retorno com o orçamento.
Me pediram 4 ou 5 dias, tiveram mais de 30.
São mentirosos, não atendem e não respondem as mensagens.
Se olharem as reclamações, são todas nesse sentido.
Entendo que quem teve o equipamento consertado teve sorte, principalmente se foi dentro do prazo.
They are polite, but it is useless.
I left two devices on 10/12 and stayed there for more than a month and had no return on the budget.
They asked me 4 or 5 days, they had more than 30.
They are liars, do not answer and do not answer messages.
If you look at the complaints, they are all in that sense.
I understand that whoever had the equipment repaired was lucky, especially if it was on time.

Owner Alexandre, totally disheartened, seems to be doing him a big favor in receiving his equipment, not even to give a return after 30 days!! He still thinks that people who don't have the patience, just for God's sake!!! Too bad he seems to have knowledge but ... the comments say it all, regrettable!
