★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temos um forno de embutir da Brastemp modelo BOA61A que estava com a peça (termostato termopar) com problema e uma peça nova possui um custo bem elevado. Gurgel sugeriu fazer uma adaptação no nosso forno, evitando ter o mesmo problema novamente no futuro.
Além de demonstrar que entende o que está fazendo, ele não faz serviços desnecessários ao funcionamento do eletrodoméstico, como infelizmente ocorre com alguns "técnicos" no mercado.
Além da adaptação realizada no forno ele encontrou uma outra peça queimada e realizou a troca. Realizou todos os consertos necessários e meu forno ficou excelente.
Para quem quer um serviço de confiança, qualidade, com preço justo e excelência indico os serviços do Paulo Gurgel. Além de ser cordial, é pontual e super qualificado.
We have a Brastemp built-in oven model BOA61A that had the part (thermocouple thermostat) with a problem and a new part has a very high cost. Gurgel suggested adapting our oven to avoid having the same problem again in the future.
