★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de 8 cubos de madeira exatamente do mesmo tamanho, mas os que tinham lá possuíam medidas diferentes.
Como disseram receberiam uma nova entrega, comprei as peças com medidas diferentes na expectativa dessa troca. Após o término do decreto fui informado que o vínculo com o fornecedor foi cortado e esses cubos não seriam mais fornecidos.
Tentei trocar por outro modelo de cubo, mas não tinham a quantidade necessária, fora que as medidas estavam diferentes mais uma vez.
Se não tivessem me garantido que os cubos chegariam, eu não teria feito a compra, depois me fizeram trocar o produto por alguma coisa, pois não devolviam o dinheiro.
Enfim, não volto mais lá e não recomendo, os concorrentes vizinhos possuem muito mais diversidade e quantidade de produtos feitos em madeira.
Pelo menos os funcionários são super educados, quanto a isso não tem nem o que falar.
I needed 8 wooden cubes of exactly the same size, but the ones that were there had different measures.
As they said they would receive a new delivery, I bought the pieces with different measures in anticipation of this exchange. After the end of the decree, I was informed that the link with the supplier was severed and these cubes would no longer be supplied.
I tried to change it to another cube model, but they didn't have the necessary quantity, except that the measurements were different again.
If they had not guaranteed me that the cubes would arrive, I would not have made the purchase, then they made me exchange the product for something, as they did not return the money.
Anyway, I don't go back there and I don't recommend it, the neighboring competitors have much more diversity and quantity of products made in wood.
At least the employees are very polite, there is nothing to talk about.
