Após deixar minha TV Na Eletro Vídeo, esperei 7 dias sem orçamento ou informações a respeito do problema. Sem sucesso de contato com o telefone informado, voltei para buscar e desistir do atendimento. Para minha surpresa, ao chegar no local, eles afirmaram que já haviam consertado, seu meu consentimento e estipulou um valor de 1.800 para retirada, sendo necessário pagar ainda uma quantia de R$200,00 reais pelo documento do orçamento.
Mais assustador é que, no orçamento descrevia necessidade de substituição de "Led da Imagem", mas o mesmo afirmava que a TV estava pronta sem a substituição do mesmo, não justificando de forma honesta e clara qual o real problema e o que de fato se tratava a tal "mão de obra".
Me recusei e eles me devolveram com a imagem pior do que estava. Sentimento de impotência, desconfiança quanto ao que foi feito com os componentes durante esse período sem alcance a meu pertence e revoltada por sair com um problema maior na TV do que estava para resolver.

After leaving my TV at Eletro Vídeo, I waited 7 days without a quote or information about the problem. With no success in contacting the phone number informed, I went back to seek and give up the service. To my surprise, when I arrived at the place, they stated that they had already fixed it, with my consent and stipulated a value of 1,800 for withdrawal, and it was still necessary to pay an amount of R$200.00 reais for the budget document.
More frightening is that, in the budget, it described the need to replace the "Image LED", but it stated that the TV was ready without its replacement, not justifying honestly and clearly what the real problem was and what was actually happening. dealt with such "labor".
I refused and they returned me with a worse image than I was. Feeling of helplessness, distrust as to what was done with the components during this period out of reach for me and disgusted to come out with a bigger problem on TV than I was going to solve.
