Levei também a tv da minha mãe pra conserto e correu tudo bem. Recomendo a todos esta empresa que tudo indica, é formada por pessoas honestas e competentes.
 I took my 40 inch toshiba TV for repair and was very pleased with the speed in sending the budget and meeting the repair deadline. I also took my mother's tv for repair and everything went well. I recommend to everyone this company that seems, it is formed by honest and competent people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já havia procurado vários lugares para consertar minha tv e todos diziam a mesma coisa foi qndo minha esposa ficou sabendo da Eletrônica Emanuel através do face e resolvi levá-la para fazer o orçamento e de cara o atendimento já foi o melhor possível e o valor estava bem abaixo do que os outros me pediam para consertar minha tv então não pensei duas vezes deixei e não me arrependi pois são excelentes profissionais e muito competentes. Eu indico .

Inicialmente o contato foi pelo telefone onde fui super bem atendido.
No dia seguinte buscaram a tv para analisarem e me passarem o orçamento.
Mais uma vez muito bem atendido só que dessa vez presencialmente.
Me retomaram relatando o problema e me passando o valor que ficaria para executar o serviço.
Falei que poderia sim fazer o serviço.
Entregaram a tv dois dias depois.
Funcionando tudo perfeitamente.
Funcionário que veio trazer a tv e que tbm consertou é muito humilde.
Trabalho na área de vendas há mais de 20 anos.
Atendimento é tudo.
Quem não entende de pessoas não entende de negócios.
Me ganharam como cliente pelo atendimento desde o primeiro contato feito pelo telefone.
Ficamos sastifeitissimos.
Que pena o GOOGLE não ter a opção de classificar como uma nota MAIOR, se tivesse essa opção daria nota 1000!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não arruma o q eu preciso, fazem muita propaganda e na HR q precisamos não trabalhar com o determinado problema, hj em dia o q da mais problema en tv, e tela quebrada, e não resolvem este problema... então dou um Estela só, apesar q isso não vai mudar nada...
Unfortunately, they don't fix what I need, they do a lot of advertising and at HR we don't need to work with the particular problem, today what's the most problem on TV, and broken screen, and they don't solve this problem... so I only give Estela a , although this will not change anything...
