★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se paga caro para o concerto!!! sendo que o concerto não passa de 2 semanas e o problema volta a persistir, fui na loja duas vezes depois de terem concertado pois a tv sempre dava pau depois de uns dias........ O concerto é paliativo!! Não demora mais que 7 dias e o problema volta de novo . Não recomendo pois não tem profissionalismo nos concertos.. o atendimento é bom, mais não soluciona o principal que se busca em uma loja de concerto ... Espero que melhore isso .

The concert is palliative !! It doesn't take more than 7 days and the problem comes back again. I do not recommend it because there is no professionalism in the concerts .. the service is good, but it doesn’t solve the main thing that you are looking for in a concert store ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com relação ao dono da eletrônica, eu não tenho nada a dizer, um senhor super gente fina, brincalhão e trabalha bem. Agora, o filho dele que atende pelo nome de FELIPE, esse não sabe tratar nem com bicho.
Hoje dia 30/06/21 fui levar um possível retorno na eletrônica (o equipamento não estava ligando aqui em casa), porém quando eu cheguei o Felipe já veio questionando porque eu não havia levando um papel (mesmo no equipamento estando o selo de garantia da empresa), ele então fez o teste e o equipamento ligou, ou seja, apresenta um possível problema intermitente, ele cruzou os braços todo arrogante e com aquele ar de quem se acha melhor de que você disse, "aqui não tem defeito nenhum!", e ainda quis insinuar que eu queria me beneficiar com um outro problema que podece existir (como se eu fosse um golpista quendo tirar proveito). E eu disse para ele: você acha eu iria sair do meu trabalho para trazer aqui um equipamento sem defeito? Se ele fosse o "técnico" que ele se diz ser, ele teria pego o equipamento e deixado para testes já que eu havia falado que não estava ligando em minha casa... Resultado, fui tão mal atendido por ele (FELIPE) que eu peguei de volta o equipamento e disse que se por ventura eu precisasse dos serviços da eletrônica eu não queria que ele mechesse nos meus equipamentos a não ser o pai dele, que ali sim, sabe atender os clientes com educação e profissionalismo, aí ele disse que nenhum equipamento meu entraria na eletrônica porque ele não permitiria... A gente além de pagar por um serviço, ainda é destratado. Lamentável isso.

And I said to him: do you think I would quit my job to bring here a defect-free device? If he were the "technician" he claims to be, he would have taken the equipment and left it for testing since I said I wasn't calling at home... As a result, I was so poorly served by him (FELIPE) that I I took the equipment back and said that if I needed the electronics services, I didn't want him to mess with my equipment, except for his father, who really knows how to serve customers with education and professionalism, then he said that none of my equipment would enter electronics because it wouldn't allow it... We're not only paying for a service, we're also abused. This is a pity.
