levei um receiver pionner , no qual achei que estava com a entrada HDMI queimada devido a um raio que caiu proximo a minha residencia.
foi analisado pelo tecnico no qual constatou que na havia nada queimado , e sim eu que estava ligando errado.
muito obrigado pela honestidade.
vale salientar que nao houve cobranca de valores.
e sim fui muito bem instruido para ligar corretamente o aparelho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficaram 3 meses com meu aparelho da Pionner e não o consertaram, a única vez que me ligaram foi pra dizer que o "técnico", não sabia consertar o aparelho.
São ruim de atendimento e retorno e mais ruim ainda de "profiisisonal", e já que se dizem autorizada da Pionner deveriam saber efetuar o conserto.
They stayed with my Pionner device for 3 months and did not fix it, the only time they called me was to say that the "technician" did not know how to repair the device.
They are poor in service and return and even worse in "professional", and since they say they are authorized by Pionner they should know how to carry out the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui levar meu headphone da Pioneer para apenas consertar o fio, que estava solto e com mau contato, porque estava nas autorizadas do site da empresa. Quando fui atendido (já não muito com ânimo pelo técnico), já estranhei que ele nem sabia bem o que era. Expliquei o problema, mas mesmo assim uns dias depois ele me ligou perguntando como eu achava que tava dando problema. Até aí ok.
Voltei lá quando falaram que tava pronto, mas testei e ainda assim o headphone tava a mesma coisa, com o lado direito sem funcionar. Pra piorar, o técnico colocou uma fita isolante no couro da coroa do headphone e estragou ela na hora de tirar (eu tinha tido um problema com as conchas por deixar no sol e tava meio ruim, mas eu queria trocar pra ficar tudo legal). Daí estragou totalmente, e só me deram um desconto de 10 reais pela falta de cuidado.
Talvez quem vá para conserto de outros produtos (como TV e etc) seja bem atendido, mas eu não tive uma boa experiência. Não recomendo para conserto de headphones.
I went to take my Pioneer headphone to just fix the wire, which was loose and with bad contact, because it was on the authorized ones on the company's website. When I was attended (no longer with much enthusiasm by the technician), I was already surprised that he didn't even know what it was. I explained the problem, but even then a few days later he called me asking how I thought I was having a problem. So far ok.
I went back there when they said it was ready, but I tested it and still the headphone was the same, with the right side not working. To make matters worse, the technician put an electrical tape on the leather of the crown of the headphone and spoiled it when it was time to take it off (I had a problem with the shells for leaving it in the sun and it was kind of bad, but I wanted to change it to make everything look cool). Then it totally spoiled, and I was only given a discount of 10 reais for the lack of care.
Maybe those who go to repair other products (like TV and etc.) will be well attended, but I didn't have a good experience. I don't recommend it for repairing headphones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem nenhum respeito com o cliente , não retornaram com orçamento e quando fomos retirar nosso rádio o mesmo não foi entregue com a alegação que o mesmo estava com o técnico. Péssimo atendimento , não recomendo de maneira alguma .
Company with no respect for the customer, they did not return with a quote and when we went to remove our radio, it was not delivered with the allegation that it was with the technician. Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quase um ano levei minha televisão pra fazer um orçamento me deram 9 dias de prazo apenas pro orçamento depois de 15 dias fui buscar a TV de volta sem ter feito orçamento agora em 2021 levei uma outra TV pra arrumar me deram 7 dias pro orçamento depois de 10.dias e nada fui buscar novamente, no dia q fui.buscar deram o orçamento . Não posso avaliar o trabalho da assistência técnica pois nunca deixei pra arrumar pois demoram demais pra dar apenas um orçamento!!
Almost a year ago I took my television to make a budget they gave me 9 days of deadline just for the budget after 15 days I went to get the TV back without having made a budget now in 2021 I took another TV to fix it they gave me 7 days for the budget after 10 days and nothing went to fetch again, on the day q went.buscar gave the budget. I can not evaluate the work of technical assistance because I never left to fix it because they take too long to give just a budget !!

Acabei deixando deixando meu aparelho, falou que em uma semana dava retorno e ainda está lá, mais de um mês. E não faz a devolução. Vou ir na delegacia fazer o B.O.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho um HB20 e levei meu rádio original pra conserto.
Levei o rádio dia 16/7/21 e a previsão do orçamento era pra 23/7/21.
Mas só vim saber da situação do meu rádio hoje porque fui lá pessoalmente.
Pois bem, hoje é 27/7/21e meu rádio está do mesmo jeito que eu levei dia 16.
Eles alegaram problemas no telefone coml por não terem me contactado, mas hj em dia todos tem celular e não dá um feedback só se for ruim de serviço.
O atendimento no balcão é feito por dois jovens totalmente destreinados.
Não indico a Eletrônica Tokio nem pra perguntar as horas, que dirá pra fazer um serviço.
Péssimo lical, péssima localização e o serviço de telefonia não funciona.
I have an HB20 and I took my original radio for repair.
I took the radio on 7/16/21 and the budget forecast was for 7/23/21.
But I only came to know about my radio situation today because I went there in person.
Well, today is 27/7/21 and my radio is the same way I took it on the 16th.
They claimed problems on the coml phone because they didn't contact me, but nowadays everyone has a cell phone and doesn't give feedback only if the service is bad.
The service at the counter is provided by two totally untrained young people.
I don't recommend Tokio Electronics not even to ask the time, let alone to do a job.
Bad location, bad location and the phone service doesn't work.

ZERO PROFISSIONALISMO.
Deixei minha Tv dia 25/08/21 com prazo de 7 DIAS SÓ PARA O ORÇAMENTO. Pois bem, 15 dias depois eu fui buscar minha tv pois não deram nenhum retorno. Minha tv nem tinha saído do lugar que eu tinha deixado ela duas semanas antes.
Profissionais assim não deveriam existir.

I left my TV on 8/25/21 with a deadline of 7 DAYS ONLY FOR THE BUDGET. Well, 15 days later I went to get my tv because they didn't give any feedback. My tv hadn't even moved from the place I had left it two weeks earlier.
Professionals like that shouldn't exist.
