★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um equipamento de som pré amplificador cygnus cp 3500 ele está com problema no volume me cobraram 60,00 para resolver o problema após uma semana busquei o aparelho e logo ao pegar o aparelho vi na parte de baixo que estava escorrendo um liquido que provavelmente era produto usado para limpar contato, já imaginei teriam jogado o produto para resolver o problema, mas ao chegar em casa testei o equipamento e o defeito continuou, levei de volta ficou mais uma semana e quando fui buscar a pessoa que faz os reparos me informou que o meu aparelho não tem função de volume quando ouvi isto eu nem quis render conversa já vi que não tinha resolvido o problema. Fiquei muito decepcionado eu acho que um profissional deve informar o cliente claramente e não tentar enganar.

Me cobraram uma fortuna para trocar os capacitores de Receiver SOLID State 2000 da Sansui, paguei com o argumento de que seria sanado o problema, no entanto, não trocaram o que prometeram, colocaram um capacitor com potência inferior ao prometido e de necessidade para o aparelho. Resumindo, o som já foi e voltou 2 vezes na loja e continua com o mesmo defeito. Deveriam ter vergonha disso e respeitar o dinheiro e tempo das pessoas. Não recomendo!
