Quando o atendimento é ótimo tbm devemos compartilhar ;)
Comprei um tênis no site da WorldTennis no domingo, com pagamento via boleto bancário, quando pagamos por boleto geralmente demora mais a entrega porque tem que compensar o pagamento, mas me surpreendi quando hoje(terça-feira) pela manhã chegou o meu pedido diretamente de uma loja. Mas quando fui abrir a embalagem a cor estava errada, imediatamente liguei no 0800 do atendimento do site.
Fui muito bem atendida, por sinal era minha xará, Carol quem atendeu, disse que em 48h fariam a troca.
Mas, outra vez me surpreendi positivamente, em apenas UMA HORA fizeram a troca e ainda ganhei um cupom de desconto da Gerente Ana da Loja da Rua Augusta, para uma próxima compra na loja da WorldTennis.
Que felicidade saber que ainda existe pessoas que cuidam do bom atendimento. ❤️

I bought a sneaker on the WorldTennis website on Sunday, with payment via bank slip, when we pay by bank slip it usually takes more delivery because it has to offset the payment, but I was surprised when today (Tuesday) my order arrived directly from a store. But when I went to open the packaging the color was wrong, I immediately called the 0800 service on the website.
I was very well attended, by the way it was my namesake, Carol who answered, said that in 48 hours they would make the exchange.
But, again I was positively surprised, in just ONE HOUR they made the switch and I also got a discount coupon from Manager Ana at the Rua Augusta store, for a next purchase at the WorldTennis store.
What a joy to know that there are still people who take care of good care. ❤️

Of course World tennis has stores every where, but it is just a few that has attendants that are supportive, friendly and mainly, know about the brands you’re looking for.
I usually check if the attendants UNDERSTAND what they are selling when I ask for models for pronated walk.
If they answer with “ahn?!” I just get out the store.
But on this store it was not like that. The attendant was familiar with pronated shoes of several brands, which made me comfortable buying there.
I do recommend this store among other World Tennis stores.
