★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja linda de se ver, porém se você não for alguém conhecido (famoso) a atenção é péssima. Na hora da venda te colocam lá no alto, o pós venda... só por Deus.
Comprei um carro a vista que demoraram 3 meses para passar para meu nome, foram 3 meses de problemas, pois o carro teve que ir para oficina no dia seguinte que foi tirado da loja. O Wagner gerente da loja um péssimo gerente, sempre colocando a culpa nos terceirizados, loja não cumpre com prazos, me vendeu carro cheio de multas, tive dor de cabeça para receber o reembolso das multas, não dão atenção para o cliente e vivem postando nas redes sociais que são treinados e bla-bla-bla... Realmente péssima experiência, pois se acham o máximo, porém quem pesquisar um pouco vai ver que até na televisão já passaram.
Desde que comprei meu carro até hoje (quase 6 meses) eu tenho que parar ele em oficina de 20 em 20 dias para resolver um probleminha que aparece. Já desisti de correr atrás da loja, pois só ENRROLAM...
Vida que segue...vivendo e aprendendo a não confiar nos que se acham super confiáveis.
Beautiful store to see, but if you are not someone known (famous) the attention is terrible. At the time of the sale they put you up there, the after sales... just for God.
I bought a car on sight that took 3 months to transfer to my name, there were 3 months of problems, as the car had to go to the workshop the next day it was taken from the store. The store manager Wagner is a terrible manager, always blaming the outsourced, the store doesn't meet deadlines, he sold me a car full of fines, I had a headache to receive the refund of the fines, they don't pay attention to the customer and they keep posting in the social networks that are trained and bla-bla-bla... Really bad experience, because they think they are the best, but whoever researches a little will see that even on television they have already passed.
Since I bought my car until today (almost 6 months) I have to stop it in the workshop every 20 days to solve a little problem that appears. I've given up running after the store, because they just roll...
Life that goes on... living and learning not to trust those who think they are super reliable.
