★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim atendimento para ex aluno,na recepção quando atendem, depois de muito tentar sem êxito,eles desligam o telefone com a gente explicando a necessidade do contato, quando depois de dias conseguimos falar novamente, não fazem nenhum esforço para ajudar, ou tentar resolver o problema,muito insatisfeita com essa instituição,fico aliviada do meu filho nao estudar mais na mesma, foi um ano muito complicado no qual ele estudou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima , preparatório militar com professores despreparados sem voz ativa com alunos, alunos que não querem nada com estudo atrapalhando os que querem estudar , brigas , bullying entre outras coisas .

Não atendo telefone, não respondem
E-mail e quando vc vai a unidade … ainda que seja só para buscar seu filho fora do horário é super mal atendido!

Na hora de matricular o aluno é uma atenção, apos estarem matriculados deixam de mão. Não passam informações, não auxiliam, os alunos que tem dificuldade são deixados de lado e para aula extra tem q pagar. E os que estão com notas altas são alocados em uma turma para ter mais aulas extras sem custos. Ou seja, segregação e exclusão, fazendo com que os alunos tenham entre si a divisão de superiores e inferiores. Proposta pedagógica fica apenas no papel, na prática isso não ocorre.
E se precisar pegar documentação para sair do colegio, é outro problema, tem que esperar quem está fazendo matricula para depois ser atendido.
Resumo: falta de respeito com pais e alunos e discriminação intelectual .
Por mim seria 0 estrelas, porém não tem essa opção.
