O Wi-Fi é um diferencial, pois não falhou durante toda a viagem, e a empresa ainda disponibiliza filmes para assistir gratuitamente no celular.
Motorista cortês, cuidadoso na estrada.
Tive um problema com a minha passagem, que foi comprada pela empresa em que trabalho, com saída no terminal Tietê para chegada em Santos, e não estava destacado no voucher que a saída seria pelo terminal Jabaquara. Mas isso foi facilmente resolvido pela empresa.

I had a problem with my ticket, which was bought by the company I work in, leaving the Tietê terminal for arrival in Santos, and it was not highlighted in the voucher that the exit would be through the Jabaquara terminal. But this was easily solved by the company.

Pois agora, em 2019, tiraram de vez e colocaram a Netflix, q ñ serve pra nada.
O que interessa é o Wi-Fi, mas esta companhia não é boa o suficiente para oferecer esse conforto útil aos seus clientes.
O Wi-Fi é útil e um diferencial para o cliente. Mas como não se interessam em aprimorar este benefício ao cliente, escolheram o mais fácil para eles e de pouquíssimo interesse ao passageiros.
Wifi is offered which rarely works on their bus ........ misleading advertisement ..... if it rarely works, do not offer ....
Well now, in 2019, they took it out and put Netflix, which is good for nothing.
What matters is Wi-Fi, but this company is not good enough to offer this useful comfort to its customers.
Wi-Fi is useful and a differential for the customer. But since they are not interested in improving this customer benefit, they have chosen the easiest one for them and of very little interest to the passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No domingo (dia 9), eu e a minha esposa pegamos um ônibus desta empresa. Uma das poltronas solicitadas foi vendida duas vezes. Ao reclamar o ocorrido, uma pessoa da empresa que entrou no ônibus para realizar uma conferência fez pouco caso com a minha reclamação. Além disso, uma pessoa que sentou ao meu lado teve que mudar de poltrona por conta de uma goteira.
On Sunday (the 9th), my wife and I took a bus from this company. One of the requested seats was sold twice. When complaining about what happened, a person from the company who got on the bus to hold a conference ignored my complaint. Also, a person who sat next to me had to change seats because of a leak.
